on 9/28/15No, Wells Fargo does not respond to requests. They lost my forms several times.
Not satisfied with anything that is Wells Fargo. Their customer service is difficult. Getting to a live teller is a pain, like pulling teeth, you're better off having a discussion with their automated teller because you will not get an answer or ANY sort of help.! Their website is also a crap shoot.
Wells Fargo online banking is terrible. Upsell, upsell, upsell... to the point where they forcibly redirect you to one or another sales pitch in the middle of a transaction. Every time I log in I have decline credit card offers and such, sometimes multiple times per session!
Wells Fargo has high fees, mismanaged banks, glitches and inaccurate online systems, and when you need to talk to someone you'll find poorly trained and rude customer service. People are leaving Wells Fargo and droves. Why do you think they would have an offer such as that? Hmmmmm
No racist scammers. Holding fake interviews to minorities who they have no business giving a job to.
For CEO, navigation is very poor - no search on the card site, just a bunch of hyperlinks to what WF thinks the issues are. Very unusable.
It just depends how much time you are willing to spend at the web site at the beginning. It just gets getting used to it and afterwards, it's a cinch. No issues with the security, but you need to keep an eye on it, just as any other site that handles your financial information. Especially monitor the credit card purchases on a daily basis as there are mistakes, or hacks, so be careful to not take anything for granted.
