Someone from the Wells Fargo number 1 *******557 called me 7 times before I answered, and asked to speak to a woman who I do not know. I told them they had the wrong number and they said "$#*! you, you broke $#*!. That is why you did not answer." I have blocked that number. No, this really happened to me at the Quarryville PA branch of Wells Fargo. The teller could not complete the transaction because my payoff amount was four days old. She said I would have to see the "Banker" to get an up to date amount and would I like to wait.
So I did. Almost an hour. Meanwhile the original teller and two more chatted and wandered about with nothing to do because there were no other customers. No one even made an attempt to come up with an alternate plan to help me.

Last time I look there were 48 different separate lawsuits against them for different issues.In my case they are charging me 6 extra years of morgage payments for mistakes they made.It took 3 yrs for them to do it and terrorized me at the same time. All the bankers I dealt with I think were fired for corruption. They have recently lost 48 locations in my state(Pa) and have been forced to sell many accounts and have a freeze on new accounts.They are total criminals and all the bail out money given to them in 2008-2009 was basically kept by the bank
Was notified by Wells Fargo via email that I have a fraud issue that was five days ago. I have since waited on hold at least six times ranging from 10 to 30 minutes to speak to someone at the phone number they gave me. Today I went in for the third time to a Wells Fargo branch to get this figured out all of the times they have no time to help me. I'm completely baffled, by this lack of service and no way to resolve this issue unless I make this my full-time job one more minute Wells Fargo told me they were people in front of me and she had no idea how long it would take. I said, would it be an hour? And she would not give me any sort of time range. I give up I'm moving banks.
Was told by the Sales Rep she could beat the rate of our then current processor. Our previous processor was averaging about 2.7% effective rate monthly, that's inclusive of all fees, charges, etc. The Wells Fargo Sales Rep quoted a rate of 2.2% plus a few small extra fees, but didn't mention ANYTHING about the interchange fees. And we sent her statements from our previous processor so she could do a competitive analysis. After we switched to Wells Fargo, the effective rate was 2.84% (first month), 5.15% (second month), and finally 7.99% (third and last month), before we finally cancelled. Took me over a month to reach the Sales Rep's supervisor (she would never call back) and her only way of an apology or explanation was saying the Sales Rep was new and would get more training. I would NEVER do business with Wells Fargo Merchant Services again and I'm looking and switching all my regular business banking as well.

What a horrible experience we had with or home loan. I will never use Wells Fargo for anything in the future. We had been established with them since 2018, bought a house, refinanced the house then sold it and paid it off. None of that mattered. The other issue is there were 8 to 9 people involved with our loan and NO COMMUNICATION between them. Some asking for paperwork that others had already received. Others asking for paperwork that didn't even exist and other items that were not part of our lives. If you are thinking about buying or refinancing run away from this company. I keep a minimum amount of money in WF because their ATM are convenient. Otherwise I would not recommend doing any business with this shady bank.
I opened a deposit box with them and they started charging me an additional one, only removed after 4 meetings with their rep. They started calling me for opening other accounts periodically and eventually I told them to stop randomly calling my mobile number.

Wells Faro froze my accounts' from withdrawals for 3 weeks causing me hours of work to move funds from my other banks causing late payments and causing me to miss out on an investment opportunity. All this was because Wells Fargo said that their computer showed that they did not have my cell phone number that was clearly seen in my account profile. Even though they admitted to having my cell phone number: they said there was nothing they could do until their computer recognized my cell phone number so the computer could send me a confirmation text. No one at wells fargo had the brains or the ability to correct their computer error. So, I closed all my Wells Fargo accounts and advise you to do the same!
Wells Fargo Held my deposit stating the bank was written on did not have funds, There were funds in the account when the check was written and cleared the other bank. Wells Fargo told me to stop the check from the other bank as resolution. The escalation team did not assist in any way, definitely closing my account hopefully their is another law suit against them it's unbelievable how they to put the blame on their customers and don't address there flawed system

The Wells Fargo online banking site has some serious problems that are not being addressed by the bank. I have a business account there and have been with the bank for over 20 years. When I went to view a deposit that had about 30 checks from my customers in it, the view wasn't available so it said to go to request copies. I did and then it only allows you to enter the deposit total, not ask for a specific check. Nothing is said about the cost. A week later my account was charged 340.00! I complained all the way up and after much time and many calls they refused to do anything about it. They said I should have "known". No one took me seriously.
