I ordered two items that I was unhappy with. I asked for a return, and well.ca customer service responded by telling me to feel free to donate the items, and they gave me a FULL refund! They did not want to inconvenience me by having me go to the post office, which as a new mom I was most grateful! Thank you well.ca for being so considerate and accommodating to new moms, a trip to the post office if definitely not as easy as it used to be. I will certainly be using well.ca in the future.
I've spent probably close to 1000. 00 on this site since 2017, everything was fine until there was an issue with my package may 2020. They shipped it with a carrier that I can't receive at my post office. I contacted them to let them know I can't receive a package with the carrier they used and the customer service person was no help. I asked for a refund five days ago, they said they will issue a refund when their package is returned to them. I followed up on the refund today and she said she hasn't even called the carrier they used to get the package back. Why am I out the money for the package I never received? I will never use well.ca again.
I just placed my first order with Well.ca. I ordered clothing and received a detox kit and body lotion instead. I called and told the girl that what I received was not at all what I ordered without complaining at all. She reshipped my order, refunded me $10 and let me keep my free gift! She was so sweet and did everything she could to go above and beyond. Uaually I'd be upset with the fact that i didn't get what I ordered but the service was so great I'd shop there a million times. Thank you Well.ca and it was a very nice try with my order. Still giving 5/5 despite the small mix up
Well.ca is not worth the hassle. Go to shoppers drug mart/london drugs/pharma plus, it will save you a headache.
They are very deceptive with their delivery times. You have two options. First; you can have the product shipped to your home in 2-3 days or, secondly; you can have it shipped to a bufferbox in 1-2 days. I opted for the bufferbox location in order to receive my package sooner. They do not tell you that it takes an additional 2 -X amount of days to process your order first.
My delivery experienced a 'processing error' and my package sat at the bufferbox warehouse for 4 days. Not until i called did they find the error and assure me they would have it shipped out.
Horrible customer service experience with well.ca as well. When i called and explained the situation and suggested they talk to bufferbox, the women said its not well.ca's fault. I agreed with her and told her i was only suggesting they reevaluate their shipping methods.

I ordered a product and was told it would be three days to prepare and ship. Then when it was posted as shipped I am told it will take ten days to ship, not overnight as promised. Poor customer service and poor shipping means I will not order again.
I have complained to them about consistently not being able to recieve my orders due to their use of the terrible and utterly incompetent carrier UPS. Though I was told I could request a different carrier when I spoke to one of their customer care agents, they do not provide this option on their site during check-out. I was told instead that customers need to "intuit' that they can request a different carrier by taking the extra step of contacting them before check-out [they do not specify this on their site]. This is really shabby customer service and I'm no longer interested in ordering from them ever again. Much better service elsewhere is available. Buh Bye Wellness.ca!
The package was incredibly over wrapped. I ordered a yoga mat and a bottle of cleaner, nothing fragile, and it came with at least 30 meters long of wrapping paper, and the cleaner was wrapped in an extra totally useless box. So sad for the environnement.
I dealt with Breanne, a well.ca Customer Care Specialist. I wrote to them because I had ordered the wrong size cap for my S'well bottle (It was my fault, I was ordering in a hurry and chose the wrong size). I wrote and asked if I was able to return it and order the correct size. Breanne didn't even hesitate, she immediately refunded my purchase price! It was a small item in the grand scheme of things but it was huge in the nature of customer service! This was my first order from well.ca and it definitely won't be my last. Thank you Breanne for going above and beyond!

Ordered 2 packs, used my TD Visa card in good order. System rejected it. Used my CIBC Visa card. System rejected it. Used my TD access card (all of these are in good order and active) Well's system rejected it. Wasted my time, lost a new customer before becoming a customer. They need a new IT manager. So Canadian
They have competitive prices and free shipping. It's like a drug store and health food store combined. I have stopped going to local drug stores because of Well.ca. They have excellent customer service. If something is damaged in transit, they will replace or refund the item very quickly, I don't even get asked to ship it back anymore (even when I used to ship returns, it was free return shipping). I have stopped going to Shoppers Drug Mart because of Well.ca. At SDM, I have had my time and money wasted due to missing, wrongly scanned or double-scanned items. At Well.ca I don't have to deal with lineups, rude shoppers, rude clerks or rude drivers. The items arrive on my doorstep and if there is a problem, I email them and get a replacement, without have to bring an item back to a store and line up. I save so much time from not having to line up and I save so much money in gas.
I placed my order on December 3rd and still no response from this company about when they will ship my order. I have contacted them 3 times so far; it's December 17th and you would think that by now my order would have been shipped. I will never order from them again.
I am 9 month pregnaant with multiples and in order to avoid getting out of home for baby shopping i have placed an order with well.ca. It was the first and the last time! Delivery took longer than promised and UPS drops off my packege at the UPS depot without even knocking my door. I was home all day waiting for my packge so I don't have to make a trip to pick it up from elsewhere. So it was useless to shop online in my situation.
At first I placed an order and received and email tellung me that the transaction went rhrough. Few weeks after, still no parcel. So I called and the employee told me that the transaction was finally cancelled and that I got refunded. But I haven't received any notice by email... They told me to place the order again. I did. Then 3 weeks later I received only one 1 item out of two ordered saying that the other one was refunded. No explanation, no other info, no email, no call...
They now use the worst courier available, TForce, who obviously cannot leave the parcel in your mailbox like Canada Post does. They leave it in public to be stolen! I emailed Breana, saying I won't order again because of this. She completely missed the point, telling me to "put a buzz code in my address"! The point was Canada Post can put the parcel in the mailbox, no one else can! Had I known my order was not going to be delivered by Canada Post I would not have ordered. I can't stay home all day, therefore the parcel is going to be left in the lobby to be stolen.
She replied saying said she would put a note in my file that Canada Post is my preferred carrier, but they can't guarantee they will use it. If they can't guarantee they will use Canada Post then I'm not ordering! She then replied again, telling me again to put a buzz code in my address. Can she not read? I'm not ordering again!

It takes them ages to process the order, and once shipped, it's moving at a snail pace. I've received items from Europe faster than from this website within Canada.
Have made many orders through well.ca. Timely delivery and products arrived as expected. Amazing customer service when I made an error in one of my orders. Recommend to others!

(To put in perspective difference for shipping, this review is coming from a West coast Canadians experience)
This is not jabbing at the products themselves, as they are exactly as shown of course! But in regards to the shipping, my first order was great! The shipping information was updated often which i loved to see where it was and how soon it would be arriving (ended up exactly a weeks time!). But I have since placed my second order (a week after my first as to how much i loved how quick shipping it was!) I placed the order on a Monday, it's now the following Friday and at this point in my first order, it had already arrived in my area, ready to be picked up the following Monday! The only tracking information I've seen has been where they have only made a shipping label, and haven't yet received any information about it. I'm a little discouraged as I've seen many complaints about their shipping only until looking up my issue. I still have hope in them though as with my first order off the bat being BEYOND exceptional and with the comfort of knowing my babies bum salve + my nipple cream are 100% natural and safe for babies ingestion! (Because nipples!) ALSO, it's really only been one work week, so I'm sure there isn't anything to be concerned about just yet!
*Update* Its the following Monday now and I've received my order, just as quick as the first one! Considering both orders had free shipping, I am very pleased! (at the moment there is free shipping on orders 29$+) I'll definitely be recommending Well.ca in the future!
