I purchased 1 singel bar height 24" table from this company. Per the website the item was in stock. I received an email 6 hours after the purchase. Miraculously they just sold out right before I made my purchase. They Charged my Credit Card as well. This is not my opinion, this is what customer service stated. I was told I would receive and ETA in 1-2 business days as to when this would ship. 5 business days later and still not ETA. Oh yeah, this product still shows availability on their web store. Per customer service it takes a while to update their website. So we have a few tall yarns with this company. Keep away done buy mystery products.
We are a small volunteer fire dept. One of our fryers had issues and needed to be replaced. The web-site stated when we would receive the unit. I checked on its status every day. When it became apparent that they were not shipping as they stated, and the fryer would not arrive for the fish fry. I tried to cancel. They refused! The unit is still sitting in there warehouse!

On February 2 we placed an order for a baby changing mat that is anchored to the wall. The money was obviously collected immediately. Several days later we were notified that the product we selected was going to be replaced by another brand. And that the product would arrive on March 3... ONE MONTH LATER! On March 9,6 days after the date we were supposed to receive the product, we were notified that the delivery date was now going to be March 31. When I called customer service, what they told me was that they had to call the manufacturer for an order update and that I had to wait 5 more days for that update. My mistake, not reading all these reviews about this company and its POOR and HORRIBLE customer service. I will be waiting to see what Jason R answers me.
I was looking to purchase a pallet of Crystal Geyser water which comes in an 84 case pallet for 293$ which is an amazing price. I place it in the cart and put in the destination for this pallet to be delivered and to my surprise the shipping cost was shocking. To ship one pallet to my home would be $828.12 which means the pallet of water would cost me $1128. 12. There is no benefit purchasing from the wholesale company if the are going to give you a low price on merchandise and make it up on the shipping. This may not be the case for every item but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I reached out to the company and the rep simple told me that they don't control shipping rates. I asked if if could avoid shipping rates by picking up the pallet my self she said the ware house is not equipped to handle customer pick ups, but isn't that what happens when the currier goes to pick up the merchandise. Walmart, Biglots, etc are allowed to pick up their own merchandise. They said try purchasing in larger quantities but the more I ordered the higher the shipping. I am truly disappointed.

Therefore, we do have to charge shipping for each of our orders and we do not have any general shipping discounts. These charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, distance the order is traveling, and any applicable handling costs. Usually, the more you purchase at one time, the better your shipping cost will be per item. It is also more cost-effective to ship to a business as shipping rates are lower to commercial addresses. I've been with them for 3+ years. Great prices and shipping hasn't been an issue. Recently ordered a shelf and some outdoor tables. Put together the shelf a few days after getting it and it was missing some plastic pieces to put it together. Gave a bad review because I needed to get it together. Ordered the replacement pieces on Amazon since they were cheap and next day delivery. Got an email from them that I need to contact them about missing parts so their team can replace them. Didn't really have time for that, hence the bad review. I didn't get all the pieces for what I ordered. Cut to a few days later when I go to put together the five tables I ordered and the hardware is missing to one. Not as frustrating since I can just wait to put it together since I have the other 4 put up. Email them and they respond with, and I kid you not, that is past 5 days since it was delivered "Is there a reason I'm contacting them now?" Seriously? Yeah the reason is I got sent a crap product yet again. I had the tables for maybe 10 days before I had good enough weather to put them up. They finally said they would send the missing parts but informed me about how they never do that and it's just a very special circumstance. I've never had an issue with them before in over the three years I've been using them. It seems like they've changed their customer service and quality control. A few months ago I was their biggest fan, now just disappointed.

I purchased 3 bar stools from this company. When they arrived they were scratched and discolored. I could not believe that they shipped this product in the condition that it was in. I reached out to their customer service and was basically told that since there were no defects and the only issues were cosmetic, they would not give me a full refund. I was also told by their rep that over time the chairs would get normal wear and tear so to them it wasn't a big deal. I told the rep that when I spend $400 on 3 new bar stools they should not be marked up or look used. I will NEVER purchase anything from this website and would advise anyone else to think twice. It cost a fortune to have the items shipped back plus they charge a restocking fee. I ended up with almost less than half of what I spent on the purchase. This company is a total rip off! I can't believe they are still in business. Save yourself the hassle of horrible customer service and terrible products. Take your money elsewhere and spend with a reputable company that values customer service and their products.

I recently ordered an Ava Valley Wine Refrigerator quite a while ago and it was severely damaged. After a complaint i was recently sent a second fridge which was even more damaged! There are scratches all on the top of it and there are dents all over the bottom. To make matters even worse the doors are uneven! I think that this is absolutely ridiculous as to why I can't get a fridge undamaged. Why would I want to even accept a brand new damaged fridge. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of care with the appliances provided by Webstaurant that I have purchased. Worst tasting fish sticks that I have ever tasted. I purchased a box of item #******* Pollock fish sticks. Order Date: March 9,2022 The photo looks like cut and breaded Pollock loins, the only review they show claimed "best tasting fish sticks" supposedly from a customer review.

I purchased a pizza oven, however, it never worked! It was defective from the beginning. It never cooked my pizza. It claims it would go up to 575, and never did. There was a problem with the top and bottom elements, it just would not get hot enough to cook my pizza. I'm not referring to a frozen pizza either. I went on the website in hopes of getting a return label to send it back, but they would not allow me a return label. I chatted with customer service, and they did not send me a label either. They were trying to assess the problem, and was my concern legitimate. My concern is real especially since I paid a great deal for the pizza oven. I feel as though the store's efforts are to make as much money as possible, even if it means evading a customer so as not to render a refund. I don't know what to do. There is no customer service number to call, only chat, and it is very insufficient. They do not resolve your problem! The fact that there is not a customer service line you can call in regard to an order especially if you have problems, should say a- lot. To a GREAT extent this is scamming the consumer out of their hard earned money. You have not responded to me, when I needed a return label, it was not supplied, and the chat never chatted back in respect of my order

Ordered several different beer flight boards, one of which was supposed to be one with a chalkboard layer above the wood. Instead, it's very flimsy plastic, and the fricken wood board is made of a few centimeter thick plywood. Absolute garbage. Also, they sent shot glasses instead of beer glasses. Spoke to customer service, and they were clueless. Dude didn't even know what e-commerce is, when the store is an e-commerce store. Can't tell if it's a total scam or if they don't have a clue what they are doing. Stay far away from this place, it needs to be investigated

I accidentally ordered the worng item (a 36" high table base instead of a 30" high table base).
I realized that my order was incorrect 5 business days before it was scheduled to ship. I contacted customer service, explained that I order the wrong base, and said I wanted to cancel or change my order. They said they ordered it through a vendor and would have to check with them. A couple days later they said that the vendor responded and that it had already shipped; however, the tracking number they provided showed that it did not ship until 2 business days after I contacted them. They said I could return it once I received it, but that there was no way to stop the order.
I ordered a second table that was the correct height and requested a return authorization.
The return included a 30% restocking fee and I was responsible for shipping costs. That's reasonable and clearly stated in their return policy; however, I haven't received a refund of any sort and I'm still trying to get my money back 1 month after the return was delivered to them.
The new table base I received had a scratch, but I don't want to deal trying to get it replaced. All in all I paid more than twice as much for a damaged product. In hindsight their low prices don't look that good.

Deceptive measurements of pie pans. Stated 8" but when received, the measurement was less than 8" from outer rim to rim. The inside top measurement is 6-1/2", the bottom, less than 5". So, thinking that perhaps this is they way that industry standards set the measurements, I went and purchased an 8-3/4" pie plate at the store. Went home, measured it and low and behold, it was indeed 8-3/4" inches on the inside rim, 9-3/4" from outer rim to rim. I called and told them this was deceptive advertising. I was told they would waive the THIRTY percent stocking fee but I would have to pay for shipping back to them! Really?!? Soooo, we have FOUR HUNDRED pie tins we can't use! I am seeing RED…Literally and figuratively!

I bought a freezer with Webstaurant and when I opened it, it was extremely damaged. I tried to get a refund but they mentioned I should have seen it when the driver delivered it. Important to stress that the driver doesn't wait for anyone to open the package, they just let it there and leave immediately. Be careful when shopping with this website as they don't account for their errors and don't accept damaged item returns!. They tell you "You can look in to getting it repaired if you'd like"

I purchased a trailer and poly john from them 5 months ago and waited patiently for my items, when i got my items they sent me, they did not send me a certificate of origin for the trailer. So my next step was several phone calls to a partner company called Clark associates Inc who the trailer was sold too and nobody seemed to know what was going on. After 2 more months of going round and round regarding the certificate of origin and several trips to Arizona MVD (motor vehicle division) i had webstaurant employee speak with MVD employee that specifically told them that the certificate of origin had to be notarized by Clark Associates in order for me to register in my name. Webstaurant did nothing and has still NOT complied with MVD needs and MVD even checked pennsylvania which is where they are located and checked they"re MVD laws and they are the same requirements as Arizona. I even spoke with a supervisor of webstaurant who said they would get it done and notarized so i could register and i still have NOT heard anything from anybody. Terrible service and would never recommend purchasing from this company

Pay very close attention to the warranty with this company. Some of the equipment only give a warranty to commercial businesses. They will not honor a warranty for some of the equipment used in residential settings. Which, makes absolutely no sense.

I received a large order on a pallet. We looked over all the boxes and everything looked great! A week later when we actually opened the boxes, I had a bent and very damaged coffee grinder. It was not shipping, it was actually put into the box damaged! A very long story, the Webstruant store did absolutely nothing! They said they do not take back damaged items and it was essentially not their fault! Needless to say, I will never order anything else from this joke of a company.
