You want to improve my experience. You should have refunded my money for a an item that was still in its original packaging and never opened. Webstaurant wants to charge a restocking fee, ok but be honest. Your return policy says one thing and after doing the math, Webstaurant was ripping me off. Now I'm stuck with an item I can't use because I wouldn't let Webstaurant jip me out of my money. So if you are reading this review, I suggest making your purchase from a more reputable supplier. If I had done my research first I never would have spent $$$$ with them. I found out after I had spent my money.

Ordered Vitamix parts that do not fit on the model purchased for. They are charging an exorbitant "restocking fee" when their website description was inaccurate. They will not exchange for the correct item.

Poor shipping estimates!

I ordered some mobile shelving and received a shipping confirmation the same day. However, the order didn't really ship until 2 days later making the initial tracking estimated wrong 2 days and a weekend. The customer rep did nothing to resolve the issue except suggest I contact the shipper to see if it could be expedited. No refund of shipping charges, only a 10% reduction offered on their 30% restocking fee for my mistake of believing the information they supplied. Will avoid them in the future.

I was charged a restocking fee on a missing delivery
They have the worst customer service of any company that I have ever done business wit. Either I contact the customer service i still want the item they still charge me the restocking fee and return fee almost $1000

Stay away from this company unless you order 6 months in advance this company has a shipping dipping fee that is outrageous along with they will take it away from you if you cancel the order or return. They also charge you a 20 to 30% restocking fee and if it's a specialty item will take an additional 20 to 30% for specialty items stay away from this company as it is the biggest rip off scam of the century

Had an account with WebstaurantStore for many, many years but, shipping has become so egregious, stay away. 30% of the cost of the products regularly for my past 6 months of orders and you can see from below, this is a $100.00 order going from PA to NYC. One of the cheapest shipping routes in the country (ground to boot). Look elsewhere as many competitors are give free shipping and save yourself some big cash.

They send you products that will expire

I don't appreciate being sent product that will expire in 35 DAYS!
Rep is going to tell me THEY EXPECT the product to go in Less than 30 days! You can't expect ANYTHING, especially during these times

Receiving Damaged product in the mail.

I received a product in the mail thats stainless steel and It ended up having a long deep scratch across the whole entire thing I emailed them 10 times For either a full refund or an exchange for a new one, nobody ever got back to me so after two weeks of emailing them with no response I started the return online with a full message attached to it and photos and the product being $75 they ended up refunding me $20 after sending the product back to them charging me all kind of fees including a restocking fee on top of losing $50 for something that I had no control over and it was their fault. I also had to pay $12 for shipping so basically I returned them something and it still costed me $70 I have spent over a couple thousand dollars with them never had any issues with damaged products but now that I've received the damaged product And reaching out to them and nobody contacting me knowing that this is how they Do business and never order from them again.

Poor shelf life

I ordered 2 boxes of 365 each mini creamers previously with a shelf life of over 2 months. This time I ordered and they came with a shelf life of 32 days over the day delivered. This is a very low shelf life. They will not refund so I will not be ordering from them again.

This store is focused on the internet system with many partners that are connected with each other by wire bit they are disconnected to each other to ensure quality and customer service. No product parts

I ordered a freezer and the seals went bad in less than a year. When I called to order replacements they told me this is one of their own products and cannot sell me the seals. I would have to order the entire door.

HORRIBLE experience!

Horrible company

I purchased 12 acrylic glasses for $48. They charged me $20 for shipping. The product quality was so poor that I tried to return. Good luck as they don't make that easy. They have a return charge even though the items were all still in the box, in their plastic sleeves. My total refund would be $24.03. I said I would rather donate the glassware to the Goodwill than waste any more time with them.

Don't order from them unless you want to be used.

Refund denied

Long story short, we ordered the wrong items. We returned the items the EXACT same way it was shipped to us, in the exact same packaging. The items were never removed from the packaging when we received them. We were denied our refund because of the packaging. I strenuously expressed to them that we returned the items the same way we received them. I asked to send the items back to us and now they're billing me more freight. Our first and last experience with these guys. The customer is never right, I assume.

I ordered item this morning around around 4 am in morning. I tried to cancel right after and was not able on their site, etc. so I waited and called 9 am this to cancel, to be told that the item was to far in processing now to cancel... I had just checked status prior to calling and was in processing still. But was told when I do receive it, that if I return it, that it could not be opened at all, and I pay shipping back, and and 30% restocking fee. This sounds like a company that would not care to rip off anyone regardless the opportunity. I would stay away from these folks and spend my hard earned money at a better company. 5/4/22

I ordered a grease trap for a restaurant. Mine is leaking, so this material is very urgent.
They let me order on their site, and I paid by credit card.
Then I receive an email telling me that the material is not in stock in their warehouses and that it will take several weeks before being delivered. The worst thing is that they tell me that I cannot cancel my command, which is completely illegal.
This site leaves no indication that the material is not available, leaves you ordered and above all paid and then tells you that you cannot cancel the order.
I sent several emails and received only one response telling me that I will be informed as required.
A word of advice go your own way and above all don't dwell on doing business with these people.

Make sure you want what you order with no chance of return. I paid $250 for a cooler delivered and to return I would have only received $105 with their restocking fees and shipping charges. The cooler is OK, but way too heavy for me. I ordered the 100qt catergator and overlooked the fact that it is 50# empty. My bad. I guess I'll sell it on marketplace and give someone a good deal.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

I placed an order on Monday and its Wednesday and it still hasnt shipped. The label was just created in their warehouse. Keep in mind it will take 7-10 days to get your order unless you pay extra for shipping, this is how they get more money. Their website give an estimate but it's totally false so dont even pay attention to that. I will never order again from them.
