After numerous purchases of Bar/Restaurant equipment I have had issues that this business chooses to ignore and because they won't publish a phone number to reach customer service. I ordered 7 patio tables and 40 matching chairs. 6 chairs were damaged upon delivery and noted in writing by the shipper upon delivery. No replacements or communication has been received to-date. I then ordered a stainless 3-Basin sink at a cost of over $600 with 3 strainer baskets included for our installation. These sink "drain-parts" were so cheaply manufactured they could not be used due to defects in each of the 3. I had to delay the installation while I went out and purchased 3 replacement strainer baskets. The best on the market sell for less than $15 each and I found the $10 basket to be of high quality. I think this Company unnecessarily cut their costs at my (the long-term customer) expense. SO BUYER BEWARE! And, I want the Chairs that I paid for!

I ordered "Eiffel Tower Glass Salt AND (emphasis added) Pepper Shaker. The cost was very low, 65 cents, but the shipping and tax was about $22. Today a box arrived with one shaker. Presumably for salt, since it has 6 holes on top. I call and ask customer service to send the pepper shaker. They tell me they are identical and I only paid for 1 item. I tell them their description is ambiguous. Too bad is the response. As I write this I see MANY other awful review of this company. I would surely avoid them.

The same items i see here, that my daughter purchased, are available elsewhere for 25% - 35% less. Also they charge a whopping 30% restock / return fee - that is insane. I will never purchase here again

Item didn't work - I had ordered 4, opened one. They would not accept a return for the other 3! Awful! Very unethical! The boxes also arrived damaged and open. Had it been something with parts - they would have fallen out.
$28 to ship a simple package. Problem is, they're shipping from multiple locations so are acting as a broker? I spent $80 on a few cake rings. They don't care how much it costs you. I don't like the Amazon-like policies that you can buy a subscription for free shipping. No one needs monthly restaurant supply, not even a restaurant.

These charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and distance the order is traveling. Usually, the more you purchase at one time, the better your shipping cost will be per item. It is also more cost-effective to ship to a business as shipping rates are lower to commercial addresses. We do have multiple warehouses that may have accounted for the multiple locations that you saw. We do ship some products directly from the manufacturer so that we can carry the widest range of products we can. We also may choose to ship directly from a manufacturer if we are not able to fill from our stock.

Like everyone else on here, I'm currently absorbing hundreds of dollars for a "restocking fee..." YEAH RIGHT. Restocking a bunch of table feet costs hundreds of dollars? This is how they make their money. Not only do you pay shipping both ways, but you also pay imaginary fees for a product not fitting properly. Jeez. My company does thousands of dollars worth of business monthly. You just lost all of it. Going to Alibaba.com. Look it up. Way cheaper and hundreds of 5-star reviews. Connects directly with manufacturers so you end up with the right product.

I posted my dissatisfaction with the return policy which left me out of pocket $750 and no working product. They expressed empathy and said they would follow up, but nothing happenned after I did what they requested. They could look up the order from my name, but they will not. They put all the responsibility on the customer who is helpless to do anything. If I had real money, I'd sue to make a point.

The items i received were not very good, cheap Chinese copies of the originals. As soon as i received the box i could tell, it had been shipped and returned more than once. (Original packaging) These were just a black seat cushion for a standardized bar chair. Not going to install them, going to send back and pay the fees.

I purchased 1 singel bar height 24" table from this company. Per the website the item was in stock. I received an email 6 hours after the purchase. Miraculously they just sold out right before I made my purchase. They Charged my Credit Card as well. This is not my opinion, this is what customer service stated. I was told I would receive and ETA in 1-2 business days as to when this would ship. 5 business days later and still not ETA. Oh yeah, this product still shows availability on their web store. Per customer service it takes a while to update their website. So we have a few tall yarns with this company. Keep away done buy mystery products.

I thought I was getting a good deal on Kodiak oatmeal in bulk. Last second, they add a 20$ shipping charge making it more expensive than had I bought it in my local store. Absolute scum. Will never use the garbage service again and will only disparage them to everyone I know.

Awful customer service this morning when I ordered a stainless table online then tried to reach someone to make a change on the order I ordered wrong size by mistake.
Can't talk to anyone! Online chat person awful! Lost 2 people in chat had to start over 2 times. They can't cancel order said it already shipped which is impossible!
I will reconsider shopping with them again. I would use caution ordering from them for sure!

Prices are very good on their items, but the shipping cost is horrible. It's cheaper to buy somewhere else and pay less shipping. It's a shame because I would do business with them if they offered decent shipping prices.

I placed an order on Monday and its Wednesday and it still hasnt shipped. The label was just created in their warehouse. Keep in mind it will take 7-10 days to get your order unless you pay extra for shipping, this is how they get more money. Their website give an estimate but it's totally false so dont even pay attention to that. I will never order again from them.

Shipping WAY over priced and could not deliver products on time promised after waiting for items to ship. After contacting them, they wanted me to pay an additional $75 in shipping to get quicker delivery but still no guarantee of quoted delivery date.

I ordered patio furniture in March. I have now been given three consecutive dates of 30 day delays. Each month on the 21st when the shipment is due, I receive a date of the 21st next month. Reminds me of free beer tomorrow but they already have my money and tomorrow never arrives. They blame the supplier but when will they hold the supplier accountable for giving a BS delivery dates for the last 90 days. I got the covid delay this time because everything is opening up. Sounds like someone was willing to pay more or the supplier has more profitable orders. Honor your March orders before you move onto places that just opened up to make more money.

Trying to return an item you buy here is like a police interrogation. They refused to let me return my item that was damaged because I would not send them pictures proving the damage. Horrible horrible customer service.

I love this store, but unless you buy into their monthly "Prime" shipping plan, they charge at least triple actual shipping costs. Example: $48 in merchandise that weighs 3lbs, $34 shipping, and I'm in the same postal zone that they are. They do have great prices but unless you spend $100 +, you're better off looking elsewhere.
