I bought a commercial refrigerator for over $3000. 00 with white glove delivery which was supposed to take an extra 5-7 days delivery. I didn't mind the wait though the cost for this special delivery was high. According to the tracking schedule my item was delivered to my city 8 days ago but I have not received the refrigerator yet. They told me it was going to be delivered last Saturday (Today is Tuesday) so I went into work on a normal day off to wait from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for delivery. The delivery did not come because someone had the wrong contact number to reach me. I rechecked my order and had given the correct number. After numerous attempts to contact NSD the delivery company and also contact to Webstaurant, they have now rescheduled the delivery to tomorrow between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. These are not my normal work hours and I will have to go in during this time to see if they show up. So far it is 15 days since the original purchase. I will never use this service or purchase from this company again.
I love the variety offered! Shopping is easy, Shipping is pricey though. I can't wait to see what other neat items I can find (when I can afford to ship them)

This was my first and last time i will use this place. I seriously bought something small (deli containers). I didn't open any of the items, just the box before I realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I thought, "no big deal. I'll just return them and get the right ones." Contacted customer service and was told i had to pay a 20%! Restocking fee and pay for the shipping on my own (which is already ridiculous) to be able to return them. And thats because I spoke to a senior advisor. IF I ordered just the lids, I would be responsible for pretty much a full repurchase (including high shipping cost again). NOWHERE NEAR THE PRODUCT DOES THIS SAY "BE AWARE OF THE 20% RESTOCKING FEE." The CS rep I spoke to says, "its in our policy." So, like that agreement any of us hardly read when you are signing a CONTRACT... yeah that one. They told me the best thing to do is just to personally sell them. Ha! What joke! I will never use them again! OH and all these positive reviews you see... they pay peoples to do reviews for them. Its on their website!

This review is regarding Order # *******. This company is one of the most unscrupulous businesses in from which I've ever purchased. My company needed a new coffee maker in our Building B break room. We had previously purchased one for our Building A break room which is almost identical to our Building A break room. Of course the coffee maker didn't fit in our Building B break room due to the difference in the depth of the counter there compared to Building A's counter depth. No big deal, correct? I will just pay closer attention to the depth of the coffee maker and order one that will fit the correct counter depth. Wrong! Webstaurant Store charges a 20% "restocking" fee plus the return shipping even if you intend to exchange the item for a proper sized one. I was actually going to spend more money to purchase the correct sized coffee maker. I can understand charging the customer a return shipping charge- that's fair- but 20% for basically opening a box and putting the item back on the warehouse shelf? This company is shady, and I will not be doing business with it ever again. The customer service skills of the Customer Solutions Specialist I've been dealing with is worse than any fast food worker you've ever encountered. She actually tries to justify the $90 Webstaurant has made off of me for doing nothing by saying this is how they keep prices low. Well, I see how this company keeps prices low now.

They Charged $6.00 for the part and $28.51 for shipping of a part about the size of a half dollar. I could have replaced the Coffee maker for what they charged in shipping.

I had several placed my orders and realized I needed to change one of the orders. They cancelled the wrong order! By the time I realized it, I had a deadline and they refused to admit it was there mistake and waive the shipping fee. Other times I used them they order never came in on time, the items were always backordered and you are never notified until AFTER you purchase. I will never use them again

Ordered a BRAND NEW Beverage-Air BB48HC-1-GS-PT-B 48" Black Pass-Through Back Bar Refrigerator with Sliding Glass Doors - 115V * (item #185B48GSBPTH). For almost $3700. Unit delivered was obviously in a refurbished condition with scratches, extra screw holes, and PARTS MISSING (see photo). On top of that, after three service calls to replace MISSING parts and tune the controls, it still doesn't work, WebstaurantStore refused to pick up this used lemon and deliver a new one. Customer Service kept referring it to Beveage Aire who lied about the history of this particular unit (serial number). Borderline Scam and an incredible hassle. Luckily I documented with photographs and paid with a credit card, so had the CC company rescind the charge.

30% restocking fees. Are you kidding me? NOPE! They are friggen serious... No Matter your complaint, John R will respond with one of 5 standard POS responses trying to justify his pathetic job at a POS company. Bottom line is that Webstaurant will screw you over and justify it under the guise of cheaper prices. Then they want to charge $17 for me to print a return label on my own printer? How in the crap do they justify a policy like that? With so many successful online retailers with great customer service, its hard to believe that neanderthal companies like this are not yet extinct. No wonder Amazon is the largest company on the planet while this podunk company will likely be out of business soon since they hate their customers. Do not spend money at this company. It surprises me that reputable manufacturers would even sell to a company like Webstaurant. By reading all of the other complaints its blatantly clear Webstaurant, its management and employees don't give a flying fig so there's no chance they will improve. I was cautious to purchase anything from this site due to the poor reviews, though I'm glad I took the chance because I couldn't be more satisfied.
My order arrived within a matter of days. Everything was well packed, in good condition, and all items accounted for. I was impressed with the quality of everything, too. Would certainly buy from them again!
If you're concerned whether this site is scammy, do be aware that it is a Google trusted store. I do a lot of online shopping, and being the frugal person that I am, I often come across "bargain" sites that may or may not be legitimate, so I'm a bit familiar with identifying scam sites. So far I haven't ordered from any duds, and this site is no exception.
I made a large order for wedding supplies... mostly disposable dining ware, cups, stirrers, even hot chocolate and sugar, as well as some baking/kitchen utensils. After placing the order, they'll provide you with an order number so that you can track its status. Because my order was so large, it had to be separated into several different shipments, and each had their own accurate tracking number. Everything I ordered had been shipped from within the US. They'll also send general status updates of your shipment to your email, and I really appreciated that.
