Bought a walk in cooler through Webstaurant and on of the connectors was the wrong size and they did not care and told me to call Norlake. They showed no concern for one of their suppliers selling me a poor product.
Norlake was even worse because they talked to me like there products could never have a problem and that my installer (who has 25 years experience) must have made a mistake. I even showed the pictures but they just ignore me.
NEVER BUY A NORLAKE PRODUCT.

If you make a mistake in your order don't expect ebay type help. They charge you 30%restocking fee and you pay for shipping. You pretty much pay for the item twice.
Love the selection - but shipping is way too high. Even with the membership. Will likely cancel it and buy elsewhere for no reason other than that the shipping is so high.
Clean, quality rolled oats. Ordering online is simple and the product delivery time is satisfactory. Contents are safely packaged and consistency throughout is consistent.

I purchased over $800.00 of shelving unit. When it arrived it wasn't the product that was shown on their website. After several emails and phone conversations they agreed that the product was not "as shown" and issued me return labels. The shelving unit was received back in their warehouse on May 22,2023. I watched my credit card for the refund for several weeks and did not see it. I contacted them several times and I got ever excuse possible. In the meantime I paid my credit card off all except the refunded amount they owed me. I received my current credit card statement which did not only show their charge still on it but an addition $60.00 of interest. I contacted them immediately to see if they would pay the interest rate. They denied my request. If they had processed the refund back in May when they received the merchandise I would not have been hit with an interest charge. Between the issues of trying to return the product and the lengthy time for the refund I would never order from this company again!

Ordered canoe cut femur bones from WebstaurantStore.com. Picture and description clearly show full length canoe cut bones, weighing approx. 3/4 lb. each. What I received was 10 lbs. of small, irregular cut bones, some even in thin slices. I ordered the bones for my large dog. I cannot feed him any of this; the bones are too small. When I pointed out during our chat session the discrepancy of their description and picture and what I actually received, all they kept saying was they sent me the correct product. I even sent a picture of what I received (bones in the bag) and the pic of the bones from their site (full size bones) and they still wouldn't budge. They even went so far to tell me that their femur bones are for restaurant use and that I shouldn't feed them to my dog. LOL! If I can't feed their cow bones to my dog, I sure as heck won't feed it to people.
UPDATE: Their response to my review is pretty much what they told me when I participated on a live chat. The bones I received ARE NOT FULL LENGTH canoe cut femur bones as pictured on their website. They have all been cut in half or thirds lengthwise. Of course they were cut canoe style to expose the marrow; that's the whole point of the product and why I ordered it to begin with! As for whether I should feed these to my dog or not is none of their business and they should have kept their opinion to themselves. My VET has agreed raw marrow bones are a wonderful treat for my dog and whole heartedly encourages it. As it turns out, I found a local butcher who provides me with the full-length canoe cut femur bones I need.

They have bad customer service. The company charges shipping for returns and a 30% restocking fee. I do not recommend this company. They do not even deserve a one-star rating.

When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. 2 months after confirmed delivery still no product AND they charged me $66 for a refund. After they confirmed the package was sent to a non-existent address they resent it to the same address WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

The order was placed on 8/7 and everything shipped out on 8/13 to the shipping address that was entered when you placed the order. The shipping address is included in confirmation order emails so our customers can follow up with us if they entered something incorrectly. I see that you had contacted us on 8/17 stating that you had not received the order, and we started a trace with the carrier. When the carrier was not able to locate the original shipment we offered you a replacement order or a refund, and you confirmed a replacement order. When we advised that replacement orders will go to the original address (due to tax purposes/laws) we recommended cancelling the replacement order so you could place a new order to the correct/updated address. Do not buy any materials. Most of materials are too low quality and junk to use them. And they never accept to return them with unreasonable response. Please do not waste money.

In most cases, the warranty is held by the manufacturer directly, so in order to get service, parts, confirmation of defect, or troubleshooting under warranty, we will direct you to the manufacturer. I have checked into the Globe mixers that we offer on our site and I do see that Globe does take care of their own warranty so they should have been able to assist with it not working correctly.
