This was the worst experience I ever had with a company I dont suggest ever doing business with them. There delivery is way to complicated they will return your purchase and basically give you nothing back.
I placed a $6000. 00 order no customer support over 1 week still can't say when it will ship after they put on item 2 days now i need to spend 500 dollars to send a truck 4 hours to pickup and no service they are a lousy company not worth the savings

This site is a scam! Yes that have low price, but where they get you is shipping cost. First the items I ordered came in a garbage bag in a mangled box. No filler of any kind so who knows how many things were dropped on it. And then I find out it does not come with lids! They are sold separately! They don't tell you that in the title, is buried in description. They don't offer that during checkout. So if you are a first time buyer good luck. Customer service also is terrible they don't care at all.

Had an account with WebstaurantStore for many, many years but, shipping has become so egregious, stay away. 30% of the cost of the products regularly for my past 6 months of orders and you can see from below, this is a $100.00 order going from PA to NYC. One of the cheapest shipping routes in the country (ground to boot). Look elsewhere as many competitors are give free shipping and save yourself some big cash.

In our office, we order 6 tables and 4 of with them bad damaged. The boxes were perfect. And they still want to talk to the carrier. What a bad excuse. They should be a shame to send products like this!
I will make sure every client on Instagram is aware, unless I get 4 new tables free charge. I am still waiting for a solution on Monday. The immediate solution should have been " we are terribly sorry, let us replace them right away "

I used the tracking information on the email sent to me which told me product was delivered. It wasn't. I tried to dig into tracking history and finally got to info that said it was unable to be delivered and I should contact the company. When I did, they told me it was damaged and had been returned to the company. They did offer to reship or give me a refund. Took the refund b/c didn't trust this wouldn't happen again.
When I asked why they didn't notify me about the situation, I was made to feel it was all my fault for not reading the tracking information correctly. I've tracked packages before. If something is damaged and returned, the company should let the customer know. I shouldn't have to dig so hard or be blamed when I was just trying to buy their product. No thank you for the future.

My restaurant is insisting we wear a certain shirt from this website and I can't believe how much it's costing me! There is a small price break for buying 6, but I couldn't afford to buy that many at once. Either way, the shipping on these shirts killed me!

The shipping is outrageous. They had what I wanted, but $5.00 for a measuring cup and $21.00 plus for shipping makes me examine my sanity for purchasing. Next time I'll look elsewhere... No warm fuzzies here.

While WS may have attractive prices, the products must be either returns or substandard editions of what is represented. Once the sale is made, the only words you will hear from WS customer service is to contact the manufacturer. The product I received on my first order -A Bunn G3 grinder had several loose screws on the back plate, a wandering screw and large clip in the bottom of the box and the safety shut off switch did not work. This was the very first time I had tried it out of the box on the day it was delivered. If you are willing to repair or adjust the "brand new" item you saved some money on yourself, this is the perfect store for you. Just don't ask them for any help in doing so. Lesson learned on their "great prices."

I bought a turbo air bottle cooler from them, needed door seals couldn't find them, called customer service,and no one would help me, they want you to do everything and just give them money, I called Parts Town and no problem, got help immediately. Websturant coustomer service Sucks!, I do not recommend them to anyone.

I purchased 12 acrylic glasses for $48. They charged me $20 for shipping. The product quality was so poor that I tried to return. Good luck as they don't make that easy. They have a return charge even though the items were all still in the box, in their plastic sleeves. My total refund would be $24.03. I said I would rather donate the glassware to the Goodwill than waste any more time with them.
Don't order from them unless you want to be used.

We needed stuff for a wedding: plates, utensils, mason jars, and so much more. We were very pleasantly surprised by the speed that orders were shipped. The price almost seems to be too good to be true, but it is the real deal. The quality of the products were better than expected and I got my orders quickly. I have ordered from them multiple times and I know I'll use them again in the future.

I recently cancelled my membership with this company ($99/mo) because they discontinued one of the only things we were getting from them, but I gotta hand it to them, they've been great the whole time I worked with them. Don't order the generic BBQ Rub though...it's just celery seed.

I purchased an $86.99+ 8.26 tax outdoor 2 burner stove. It's poorly made and would like to return for refund but their return policy makes it impossible to return due to cost. Of the $95.25 cost of purchase, it's going to cost shipping back the item $39.35 plus $26.10 restocking fee. The refund would be approximately 1/3 of total cost in the amount of only $29.80. Buyer beware. Read return policy before buying. I will never buy from this company again.

I recently bought a hot water pot. On my first use the spigot broke, it happens. I reached to customer service after just getting the item and was told it is not covered due to wear of usage. I guess they should put a description on the product for "single usage"

I ordered on small bottle of ice machine cleaner, and when I was completing my purchase the shipping did not show up, it just checked me out and then showed shipping of around $17 dollars. I immediately tried to cancel because it said it had to be done within 15 minutes. Every time I pulled up my order number, it said it was still processing and no action could be taken. When I finally reached someone, they said it had been processed and could not be cancelled. This was also on Saturday or Sunday when the order was placed. This company advertises good pricing and then steals from you through shipping costs.

Another internet company that has no customer service. Don't buy from Internet companies. Buy supplies at local suppliers like Chefs Toys.
We bought a Moffat oven. All they provided is a drop shipment at your door. If your a small business, they have no ability to service. I talked with them. They said we would have to pay for return, be responsible for any damages in the return and pay for restocking fees (25%). How can we be responsible for damages on a product we never touched or saw. Eventually they agreed to return the product. They said they would fully refund us. A month later we still haven't been fully refunded. They charged us a 25% restocking fee and having refunded the warranty we purchased.
Internet companies like this are a bain on the world. They do nothing but take your money. Once they have it, they don't care what happens. They provide zero value.
