Bad Experience!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience. My order was canceled twice without any given reason. Upon calling them, I was informed that the expected wait time was 30 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for over 2 hours, only to be told that I should take my business elsewhere. I even requested to speak with a supervisor, but my request was ignored

Buyer Beware

We ordered a bed for my son, which stated that it comes with a mattress. When the package arrived, the frame was there, but no mattress. I called and spoke with customer service, who ordered a replacement mattress. After waiting nearly a week, I received an e-mail that the mattress was not going to be delivered until December - three months from now. So I am now returning that package, which is going to be a huge hassle. What's worse is they are still offering the same bad, and a few others that state they come with mattresses...but they do not have mattresses to go with the beds until December...so continuing to sell them knowing they are not able to ship out mattresses is very shady.

On top of that, a chair I ordered at the same time arrived just fine, but appears to have been built for a child. I'm not going to bother returning it, but I will bot be buying anything else from this company either.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

TERRIBLE experience. My husband and I purchased a nice looking sectional from Wayfair. The estimated delivery date was a few days later, and was one of the primary reasons we selected that couch. The date came and no couch. We also had heard nothing about a delay. We checked into and the couch had it not even shipped yet, per Fedex. I contacted Wayfair to find out where our couch was and what was going on since we had not heard anything, and were excited to get our couch that day. Wayfair said it hadn't shipped and gave us some fake spiel. Disappointed and upset, my husband and I requested to cancel the order, and Wayfair refunded us the money + gave us 25% off another couch (after we requested 25% off and expedited shipping) THEY DID NOT INITALLY OFFER ANY SOLUTION. A Supervisor said in a chat that I could email her directly once we picked out our new couch to get the 25% off. I then contact Wayfair to see about getting the same couch again because it appeared to be a decent couch and no other couches were comparing. I had been in touch with a Supervisor, and after 3+ emails I received no response. I felt like I was being scammed after getting no response over a week. I called today and asked about the couch, which per the website now said it was discontinued. I explained I felt like I had been scammed and how no other couches seemed as good as that one. I asked for another couch that with the 25% off we would have had to pay another $50 and that I was concerned to give them more of my money, after the couch we had JUST ordered was now allegedly discontinued. *I had been checking their website daily to see if other couches became discontinued and not a single one did.* The person I spoke with at Wayfair said they could not do that and would not give me more than 25% off a couch. I again explained that I was cautious given the odd circumstances surrounding this couch and how I am nervous to give more of my money to a company that seemed so sketchy. Especially since I had done more research into Wayfair reviews and it was alarming. I don't feel I was asking for too much from Wayfair given the circumstances and distrust.

BIG JOKE AND MESS!
Ordered a shed in June supposed to get it in July but apparently it got lost in transport(how is that even possible?). So they promised that they will make another order which never took place and I was waiting another month for my product. Last week contacted them again to find out where is my shed and they said that the supplier stop making it (but how again?). So I asked for a refund which should be in my bank account in 5 working days but still no sign of my money. DISGRACEFUL!

I had the worst experience ever. I bought a bathroom vanity and it was scheduled for deliver with a window 7am-11am. I took time off from work and waited for delivery. It happened twice and they never notified me of any changes. They could have called or email the day before or at least during those hours 7am to 11am to notify me (whatever the reason was). They never did. I called them and they were ignorant telling me it was rescheduled for the next day. Am I to take another day off to wait for the item to be delivered? I asked them for a cancellation and refund. They refunded but charged me $140 return fee. Was I returning an item that was never delivered? What kind of business is that? Very unprofessional, rude, ignorant business. Will never buy from them again. Stay away from this place.

I returned a picture that cost $300 and it was damaged and broken when I received it. They would not give me a label but instead after 10 calls and chats the supervisor told me to put the bar code on the box. I did that and scheduled a fed ex pickup. That was July 20. Then Wayfair said they never got the picture back and they would not give me the money until I COULD PROVE it was returned and they received it? I called fed ex and trhreatened to call the police about a stolen package if fed ex did not find it! Well amazinly Wayfair has had it back in their possession since July 23! Today is august 21 and I am on the phone again because I still do not have my money back even though 2 people have already confirmed WAYFAIR has the package! I am never shopping at Wayfair ever again! I have been treated like dirt by customer service and by supervisors! Just shop Amazon or somewhere else! You too will be ripped off!

Wayfair is horrible! For 2 weeks now wayfair has canceled 2 of 3 of my orders, 5 times! The one order that went through is a week late. Getting ahold of customer service is a no go. I was on hold for 1 hour 47 min, just to be told the department i was holding for had left over an hour ago. Finally got ahold of someone after calling back 13 times, to be told "i apologize, there is nothing we can do" We will not order from wayfair again.went to mattress firm Saturday, within 5 minutes,had what I wanted ordered in 10 min and will be here today, Monday.
So dissatisfied with Wayfair!
Have no pictures or videos because order was canceled and one piece hasn't arrived!

PLEASE do not buy from Wayfair even when this is your last option. They just don't work with you for anything. I was in dilemma, but still made the mistake of buying it and am regretting it.
I will never ever buy again on Wayfair and will not recommend to anyone.

Have been trying to get a planter box (from their website) for 5 months. Disaster! Backordered, rec'd damaged, backordered replacement, rec'd 2nd damaged...OMG! And they won't step up to fix the issue! Terrible customer service! Even finally got to speak with a manager and all they could tell me was their "policies"...i.e. We aren't liable for anything.
I will NEVER order again from Wayfair...you can't trust that they even have the products they show on their website and they will just throw their suppliers under the bus if any issues arise. Never their fault - no ownership whatsoever and the worst customer service!

I ordered from Wayfair and it was shipped to my old address (which is totally my mistake) and i didn't notice until it was delivered, I immediately contacted wayfair to see what I need to do. They told me to
Contact fedex who told me to contact Wayfair, I was getting the run around. I drove over to the old place to just pick it up there and it was gone. I contacted wayfair again and they told me SOL and now I'm out of $100. Don't shop with Wayfair, they will make you feel awful for making a mistake

Total garbage

I ordered a pair of sheets for my grandsons bed and they were made of the most disgusting cheap fabric I have ever seen and they charged me $14.00 dollars to return this garbage. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! PURE GARBAGE!

Poor Quality Products and no Support

I recently became a customer of Wayfair even after hearing many negative remarks from others. I have ordered about 20 or so items ranging from $7.99 to $599 including corn hole boards, hot tub covers, shelving, area rugs, pillows etc. This seller has some of the poorest quality stuff I have encountered. The claims of their products performance is inaccurate and overrated. They refused to allow me to return items unless I paid shipping fees that in most cases were 50-70% of the purchase price of the items even if defective. I am so disappointed in The customer service, their policies, and the quality of the products. I can't stress enough to those that read this Buyer Beware! It may not happen on your first item but it will happen you will be disappointed and left holding an inferior product.

Wayfair-Worst customer service, they will not even pickup if you received a damaged product. They will ask you to drop off huge packages to their drop off locations. So you get stuck with the package unless you have a truck, and will offer minimal discount to keep their damaged product. Will never recommend, you can get everything on Amazon. Customer service matters the most.

Terrible service trying to get my queen bed order shipping address changed within 5 minutes of placing it. 9 calls, 2 being Supervisors couldn't help and gave me bad information. Link wouldn't let me exit. My bed is being delivered 90 miles away from my correct address, I can't cancel it, I am alone with no truck. I was told if I am not there they will just leave it as they don't need a signature. It will be left in the Desert at 115°. Never in my life have I been so frustrated making a purchase before. This is my first purchase with Wayfair AND THE LAST! Absolutely horrible Customer Service.

Wayfair Credit Card

Unbelievable scam the credit card is! I have a 800 credit score, after purchasing one couch for $3,000, the interest rate went up to $1329 which now my bill is $4329! OMG. When I called the operator told me that if I pay off the balance completely that they MIGHT be able to remove the interest fee charge! Their 'specialist' has to approve it! HA. It's like purchasing a car, let's see what the manager says?! I asked if the 'specialist' actually had a degree- LOL. Absolute horrible company, shop Amazon.

Wayfair sold us an expensive leather sofa, and delivered a cheap cloth sofa. We gave away our original cloth sofa a day before delivery was supposed to happen. They said it was a mistake and we waited for the leather sofa that turned out to be another cloth sofa delivered. After months of not having a sofa, two deliveries, and numerous conversations we got a very angry customer service person to finally refund our original purchase of something that never existed.
