We valet parked and it was great! No hassle of having to drive around and look for a parking spot, then unload your bags and carry them yourself! They were great! Get on the shuttle then be dropped off at the door! Way airport parking!

I love to park here. They are always on top of things, right there as I pull in to pick me up at the parking spot I chose and willing to lend a hand to load and unload my luggage. Upon my return to the airport, they usually have a canopy shuttle waiting... seems like always just for me lol. I have the E-470 pass and get a discount to park here also. But better yet, occasionally they have a Groupon that gives me an even larger discount. Thanks Way for the great job.

I have booked parking at the Orlando Airport through way.com. When arrived to designated Gold Park Airport, we were told the lot is full and way.com was notified about it, we however were not notified.
We have unsuccessfully attempted to call way.com customer service and tried to find a parking last minute. We have almost missed the plane and my wife had a panic attack.
I have contacted way.com later and requested refund of the cost difference that we incur, but no one got back. This company is not responsible for their mistakes and will get you in trouble!

Great app. Very convenient for places like nyc Reliable too, I've not come across any of the data in the app being wrong thus far and I've been regularly using it for more than a year. First off all. The reviews are all fake it's like a communist country that scans all communication before posting. They the only post good reviews nothing negative.
Purchased parking for 2 cars. Showed up and attendant requested me to go around and come back because parking lot was full and shuttle couldn't not get out. Lot full with cars waiting in street with heavy traffic. Could not cancel thru way app and way.com makes it impossible to get a refund for incompetence and not fulfilling obligations had to park somewhere else. Way wants me to show receipt of other parking for a refund. Sent receipt in and still no refund.

I bought parking through this website and arrived at the hotel. The hotel manager informed me that the shuttle was out of order so I parked at the airport instead. I immediately called the company which directed me to email them or go online for a refund. I emailed them and never heard anything back, I then had to open a chat session and email them multiple times just for them to ask for proof that I parked somewhere else. This is all over $10! Totally ridiculous hoops to jump through and still didn't get my money back.

Having used them many times, they are the best, even showing comparisons with other parks in the area proving this. They also monitor the flight arrivals so if your flight is delayed, they are aware of it and are still there to meet you. No phone calls necessary.

Great service. Always friendly and helpful from beginner nag to end. This is the second time that we have used Way and have been satisfies both times. Is is very nice to be picked up at our car and then delivered back to it. We have not had any issue with the driver weather is be a red eye flight or mid day flight. We will use Way again in the future.
Easy to set up and use. I found bargain safe parking very near to JFK airport. Messaged with a query which was easy and simple and satisfactory reply received which is more than a lot of the service industry.
I paid for 2+ weeks of airport parking, but when returning from our trip discovered our car had been stolen. My vandalized car was recovered by the police and in addition to refusing to pay for one cent of the $1,000 in damages, the parking vendor still wants me to pay for the full two weeks of parking. The vendor asked for the police report and pictures of damage, but after I submitted that information they have ignored my request and have done nothing to refund my parking fee -- hoping, I'm sure, that I will just go away.
These people didn't it provide transportation either way to or form the airport. They told me

We recently left our car to be detailed whole we were gone over the Memorial Day weekend. We returned on Wednesday and could not have been more pleased! I have no idea how they managed to make our car look like new! Thank you!
My wife and I had a short 3 night trip to New York following a hectic month and Way could not have been better for service, friendliness, great car wash, prompt drop off and pick up, they were reliable and a great price. I would most definitely recommend Way as we have frequented many other car parks nearby the airport and they don't hold a candle to the professionalism of Way. Great work to all staff.

Be careful booking they add service charges to your price as you pay and if you need to change to come back sooner they will not refund you for the extra days. They refer you to a link in their website that is not detailed on the booking confirmation email that they sent. They can only add days not take them off!
Will never use these guys again!

Way is a brilliant app and I use it regularly to book parking especially in DC. The spaces are easy to find and really good value. It takes the stress out of parking and saves money. I've never had any problem with the spaces I book. It's an excellent service.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I reserved parking from there a couple days before my trip down south. I show up to the parking garage place and they told me they cannot honor any reservations from way as they are out of spaces. I was a couple hours from my flight! I ended up paying double at the parking spot. I emailed them and told them they almost made me miss my flight, an active duty service member trying to spend time with my family on leave. Customer service just said great! Here's your refund. Horrible experience.
Big scam alert! I needed to pay exactly double from when I made the initial purchase. Then when I got to the parking lot they told me my truck, which is only a RAM 1500, was too big and needed to pay for 2 parking spaces! Then they didn't even have a direct shuttle like they advertised. Several emails to way.com but of course they have been ignored. So pay the few extra dollars and choose another way to park or pay a lot more in the long run.
