Do not use their service, when I came with my car to park it, they asked me to leave since their was no available parking spot and di not give me and alternative solutions.

I made a reservation days prior. When I got to location, they did not have a shuttle available or record of any reservation. Once I got to my destination, After missing my flight due to this WAY app, I called for a refund. The person I spoke to refused a refund And wanted to know details about why there was not a shuttle available. Then I asked for a receipt of where I was currently parked. Although I wouldn't have that receipt until I return from my trip. After that, my credit card number was stolen online and used to try to purchase more than $800 worth of merchandise. This is all exactly during the same time I was on the phone with the WAY app. Be careful… They obviously don't have all the bugs worked out, and their employees are not trustworthy.

They stole my money after I reserved with them for 105 LAX parking lot. I paid them and the parking lot charged me too. I wanted to extend my days and Way.com agents only gave me the number of the parking lot and told me I can only extend it through the parking lot. When I called, the parking lot number doesn't even work. When I arrived I got charged even more for parking without extending my reservation "the right way".
This company is a SCAM. Don't ever book with them. There is no guarantee that your car will be free of damage either coz I heard so many stories from friends that used this. If you wanna see yourself go read the yelp reviews too.

Booked parking at LGA airport. Arrived at 430am as per the booking and informed parking was full.
Got sent to two other locations (one was closed) and eventually parked in a location 5 miles away. Had to pay $25 for taxi and way have refused to provide a refund.

Thought i booked parking and airport shuttle. Hidden description id shuttle not running do to covid. Customer service no help. Would think when you book something thats not avilable it would let you know
This does not seem like a legitimate service, the company has over 200 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. When attempting to cancel my reservation, within 24 hours which should allow a full refund according the their policy under "change of plans" received an auto response stating a refund could not be issued.
From the confirmation email: "Change of Plans? Please contact us within 24 hours of your check-in date and our team will be happy to assist you with your full refund."
Response to my refund request approximately 12 hours after making the reservation:
"Hi,
Greetings from way!
Your request for cancellation has been noted and we regret to inform you that the same cannot be done as it can only be processed if done prior to the check-in date.

I purchased 2 tour tickets for portland oregon this past spring, but due to covid, my trip was cancelled. I cancelled my reservation well within their "full refund" cancellation policy, but Way.com did not stick to this policy. They would not give me my money back! All they offered was a credit to be used for future reservations.
Way.com coordinates off airport parking with local hotels. I arrived with my prepaid reservation at the Day's Inn at CLT to park for a week. The hotel would not honor the reservation because Way.com has never paid them. They told me that they had tried multiple times to reach Way.com without success to notify them. I could not reach then either, so I had to scramble to make other arrangements before my flight. It was a nightmare. If I could give "0" stars, I would.

This company would never give you a refund. Even when they state they will, I had to cancel a parking reservation worth $60 due to COVID19 and they refuse to refund my money and gave me "Waybucks" the WORST PART is that you can only use it on Movie theaters! Obviously closed by the Pandemic, or Meal plans in California (I live in Florida). I contacted customer service over 10 times and nothing happened... Finally yesterday I was able to make a parking reservation but they didn't let me pay the full amount with the "waybucks" they gave me, I had to pay the paxes with my credit card... Today I needed to change my reservation and customer service CANNOT do it, you must CALL (no way to do it online and the call wait is over 40 minutes to talk with a human), well, the representative answer was that they cannot change the reservation, you must cancel and guess what GET MORE WAYBUCKS CREDITS! Because they refuse to refund, and there is no way to modify your reservation... This website is a SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I bought parking through this website and arrived at the hotel. The hotel manager informed me that the shuttle was out of order so I parked at the airport instead. I immediately called the company which directed me to email them or go online for a refund. I emailed them and never heard anything back, I then had to open a chat session and email them multiple times just for them to ask for proof that I parked somewhere else. This is all over $10! Totally ridiculous hoops to jump through and still didn't get my money back.

I booked a parking garage in LAX. Travel plans canceled due to covid 19. Regardless, their cancellation policy states clearly: full refund before check in. I tried to cancel for a reservation more than 2 months away. They only allowed internet credit. Don't fall for this, they will be shut down soon. Dispute with your credit card company quickly.
