Best app I recommend this app to my friends and family. Works very well. The only time I had any problems Way made sure I found me another parking space, what's not to like.
So frustrated with this company and their business model or lack there of. I purchased parking before Covid and when my trip got canceled, I canceled my reservation a month before it was set to be used. At this time their policy was you can get a refund for any reason. This was confirmed through an email and then all of a sudden I got way bucks instead. Then they told me they can't refund to my original account once you receive way bucks which I did not ask for. I figured than that I can use the event part of the app or movie tickets or anything like that because I live in San Diego and this app is really for more city living. Nope, they got rid of that as well and the nearest thing to me is two hours away and they won't give me my money back still to this day

I booked a reservation on 11/26/2020 to use the OMNI parking lot from 19/12/20 to 01/02/21. I could not use the service described because: 1. On 19/12/20 when I arrived to the location at 7640 Narcoossee Road, Orlando, Florida, ******* at 3 am. it and it said it was open 24/7, nobody was at the location at that time.
2. at 4 am when they finally opened the person at the gate told me that what I had bought was a scam because OMNI does not take reservations through WAY.COM So I had to pay $150.00 to park at Orlando international airport.
As soon as I got back from my trip I started a claim through my bank and they are working on it. For now these thieves sent my bank a copy of an email they sent me which I NEVER RECEIVED.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I have used this facility on many occassions and depending on the capacity of the car park depends on how quick you can get parked, when full it can take upto 20 minutes to locate a space.
