Always a pleasure to park there. We showed up and they were ready to take the truck and got us on the shuttle and on our way to the airport. Upon coming back didn't have to wait but about 10 minutes for shuttle and they had the truck parked and warmed up ready for us to leave. The easiest in and out I have ever done. Thanks!

They charged me to park in parking garage that was closed and caused me to be late for the show due to finding a parking spot that cost 3 times more than the original spot I paid Way to park in. It's a $7 credit and they won't give it to me because I don't have the receipt from the other parking spot. We threw $20 at the parking attendant and ran to the show. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Stay away from this company.

After waiting 40 minutes for a shuttle, being the third one to arrive and wait, I was unable to get on because I was trying to load my luggage in the back and was unable to because someone had brought three huge suitcase-type bags of what looked like movie equipment. There was no place for me to put my bag, and even though I was one of the first people there, the selfish $#*! hats on the shuttle wouldn't budge and I was unable to take it. I missed my flight. Yes. I missed my flight. I ordered an Uber and still didn't make it on time because of these idiots who don't give a rat's $#*! about customer service. The reason I booked this was because it was one of the few that had a shuttle service. Many do not because of covid. Give your business to someone else. They don't deserve you.

My 3rd and last time booking my airport parking thru Way.com. I had to extended my parking by 2.5 hours due to change in arrival of my plane. No way to edit besides canceling reservation and had to start a new reservation which I paid again. Way.com refunds the 1st reservation in points and does not give option of refunding to the original card. There is no customer services, supervisors in perpetual meetings. Stay away from this company as its not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other services to secure airport parking thru.
