While I was searching for an airport parking space I came across to Pier Sixty Hotel & Marina in FLL, Florida. Before making a reservation, I reached out to the Hotel itself in which I was transferred to speak with their Parking Dept. An Associate there just confirmed this place has no security cameras and there is no security of any kind, that you park at your own risk, he said. Then I proceeded to give a call to this company to alert them of the misleading information on this site in which the agent I spoke to could not care less. Call before making a reservation on this site to make sure any parking lots leaves up to basis expectations.
Showed up to park after making a reservation was told lot is full, WAY always over books. Had to scramble to find parking. Paid nearly twice as much to park, not to mention it made it difficult to catch my flight. Then WAY says they can't give me a refund until i provide a receipt from the lot i ended up at. My finding and paying for another parking space has nothing to do with WAY selling me a product that does not exist.

Purchased airport parking but the merchant never answered phone, did not provide shuttle, parking lot was nothing like described (uncovered, unsecured area instead of covered, gated lot). way.com never responded either. After I opened a credit card dispute, way.com dispute department sent me a boilerplate message, then no response again.

Is been using Way for airport parking. I had my flight canceled soon before I was to leave. I tried to cancel my Way order, and when I called a number I found online, I got hung up on every time. Try emailing them, no email! I feel jipped but tricked as well.

Clearly a bait and switch operator. Charged a higher rate than app indicated. Also well disguised the additional fees. Could have parked at the airport for less than they charged me. Awful and shameless operator…. Don't use them!

I made a reservation for LAX parking with 2 months in advance. Once I got to the parking site they said there was not more parking spaces and that way.com had overbooked it. At 6 am in the morning I had to go to the closest parking spot available and paid 3 times as much ($389) as I had already reserved and paid. Unacceptable! Once I called they said they are working on it. They work it on it cost me over $250. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
