I booked the parking before I booked it's was written the shuttle available and after I booked it's said shuttle it's not available and after I canceled right away and then I called and asked for my refund of $515 they told me I will get my refund in 10 business day so it's been more than a month pasted and I haven't received my refund and today I call them and asked where is my refund they told I will not receive my refund because that's what there decisions are I was surprised and call my bank and filled dispute and I will get my money way.com terrible company I will also report them on better Bussiness bureau so they will know too how they are working. This is always so easy to travel and leave your car. They pick you up at the trunk of your car, get your luggage, and deliver you right to the door of your ticketing counter. When you fly back in, you just step out the front door of the airport, hop on the shuttle and get delivered back to your car.
Always very prompt and have a fast efficient system to help you get to and from the terminal. Customer service is great, came home from a trip to a flat tire and the service men at night went out if their way to help me. Really a great service at JFK airport!
I use Way airport parking every time I fly out of DC. They have indoor/outdoor/valet parking options, and while you are gone you can even opt (at added cost) for car cleanings/detailing/etc. Way airport parking also has a reward program, every time you leave the vehicle there you are earning points toward free stays/cleanings/etc.
My parents and I have been using them for a long time! I come back every time with my car ready to go. Bills are super easy to pay and I'm glad they take cash and not just a credit card. I have never been disappointed and I'm glad to have this business in New York! I even got a complimentary rose, which is great.

We valet parked and it was great! No hassle of having to drive around and look for a parking spot, then unload your bags and carry them yourself! They were great! Get on the shuttle then be dropped off at the door! Way airport parking!
So, I had used Way.com to reserve airport parking a few weeks before a family vacation. I paid in full for the parking upon making the reservation. On the day of my trip, I arrived at the parking lot and showed the parking attendant my receipt reservation. He said "Way.com is a scam. We do not honor any reservations made through them. Our parking lot is full and you cant park here. You need to find somewhere else to park!" Luckily I am very familair with the different parking lots in the area so I was able to find parking at another lot without missing my flight. I sent an email to get a refund and was told it would take 7 to 10 days to get a refund. I have yet to see the refund. This was my first and last time using Way.com - - - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME- AVOID THE FRUSTRATION AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
