This price was excellent and so easy to use. I had no problems whatsoever, the guy was waiting for me when I arrived at airport at 6.30am right on time and when I came back I telephoned as advised from baggage collection and the car was waiting for me. This was an excellent service. Well done. Will certainly use this again

Would recommend Way Airport parking. Only a few minutes to wait for the minibus to take six of us to the airport. Driver helped with the luggage on both journeys, and only a few minutes to wait for bus on arrival home.

Really good service from the company. It's cheaper than the airport parking! Staff on the bus were really friendly which is a nice change for a bus driver. Ready and waiting when we parked up & when we came home. Would park here again & recommend them to anyone.

Warranty.

Just bought two tables, one table had a deep scratch. No warranty because it was partial assemble. Partial meaning 3 screws and not one near the top. Please don't buy from these folks their customer service is probably the worst right now. Pae

Terrible service and policies

I booked parking through way.com for when I was scheduled to fly out of town. On the day my reservation would start, my flight was cancelled and I reached out to way requesting a refund as I would not be using the parking. They refused to give a refund as my reservation had already started. Terrible service and experience. Will never use again!

Horrible Service
April 11, 2022

I have been waiting over an hour and 15 minutes. They don't answer phone email or texts. They have my car or I would get another service. My wife and I have work tomorrow. It's now after 11pm and we have 75 minute ride home. Never will consider using them again. NEVER!

Forget about a refund if plans are changed
April 11, 2022

Same experience as others with the refund issue. My flight was canceled last minute and I flew out of a different airport so I no longer needed the parking that I already paid for. They will not give a full refund. I don't plan on using this app any longer.

Deceptive Practices
April 11, 2022

DO NOT USE WAY.COM

Way.com sells parking reservations for airport parking, among other things.

They present good prices for parking, but then change your reservation at the last minute. By that time there are no other options, no way to contact way.com, and the new 'upgraded' parking reservation is far worse than what you reserved.

A deal's a deal, and if Way.com can't live up to the reservations they sell, they shouldn't be in business.

Bad experience

I booked airport parking in atlanta through way.com. When arrived at Ramada hotel ( parking area) they told us they don't accept parking!

Way.com's business model is to work with parking garages to get you a spot at a reduced rate. Way has no control or contractual obligation to control whether or not your reservation is honored. The parking garage is incentivized to accept a drive-up at their list rate instead of your cheaper reservation. Since Way.com does not honor the agreement, I strongly suggest that you work directly with the parking garage. This will save you the hassle and delay associated with a panicked hunt for expensive airport parking. Don't miss your flight! Stay away from Way!

Way.com only displays positive reviews. It's a promotional site not to be trusted. We were sent to Prime Park near JFK airport when the lot we made a reservation at was full. Way.com facilitated this bait and switch. No worries because, Prime Park received "good" reviews on Way.com (4.8 stars). Our experience parking there was terrible! We looked up the reviews on Google, and Prime Park has a 1 star average supported by numerous descriptions of nightmarish experiences.

We had to take a taxi from the airport to the parking lot when the shuttle service never showed up. Also, there's an extra charge for parking an SUV ($30 CASH ONLY). We were tricked twice by Way.com - a bait and switch scheme and cherrypicked reviews. Disgusting.
