This was a very easy booking to make and done in a few minutes. I could not believe it was as cheap as off airport parking. We have the convenience of a few minutes walk to terminal where off airport parking we would have to wait for a transfer bus and at least a 8 minute ride. Excellent choice of parking to get our holiday off to a great start. We will definitely booking with this company next time we fly from LAX

I was refused service at the location which I already paid for. I have the video that they refused to have my car and threatened me to punch and harassed me. I had to go and find parking last minute so I wouldn't miss my flight. I parked in the long-term parking after paying way.com and being harassed at the parking lot.
Since August 2021 I have been trying to get my refund but no chance.
I also have the video that shows parking lot attendants saying that it doesn't matter if I paid or not they have no open spot there. Once I try to show my reserved spot and told them I'm missing my flight they threatened to punch me, I called the cops but didn't have enough time to wait since I was about to miss my flight.

Unfortunately if there were minus stars that's what I would have given this company. I had a reservation for parking and I was flying so when I got to the hotel they tell me that their lots are full. That in fact was an issue however I was ok because of the time. When I called customer service they tell me that they will refund me the money and that is when I got very upset because I can care less about a refund, I needed a place to park my car in order to catch a flight. Well, way doesn't find you a solution when they screwed up. I had to look for another company on my own and do everything at the last minute. I don't understand why they didn't give me a heads up before about none availability in that hotel or that they could themselves find me another hotel for me to park. I don't recommend this company at all for parking.

I booked JFK aero port parking for $9.95 a day.
When I arrived to parking place ( 3 hrs. Before flight) I was told I need to pay additional $5 a day + tax BECAUSE my car ( Nissan Rogue) is SUV
Instead of 9.95 I paid $15. And don't have choices to cancel.

I booked 1 day parking stop in NYCity with Way.com. Confirmed emailed reservation number was never sent to me. So, I couldn't use my reservation for the simple reason that I had no reservation number. I have to find a parking spot somewhere else. Way.com customer service don't have proof that confirmation was emailed or sent to my phone number and still insist that it was emailed to me. No credit was offered, no compromise solution reached. I'm filing claim with my credit card. Good luck to anyone who use Way.com: I'm not ever :(

We have used Way for over 3 years now and their excellent service just gets better. Within 5 minutes of reaching the car park you are whisked into the airport terminal. On your return from your trip, you can literally walk out of the terminal and straight onto the waiting mini bus. Add to this the fantastic staff at Way and you coudn't ask for more.
