I booked airport long term parking through this service but unfortunately missed the flight. I notified the hotel the next day that I had removed my car. At that time I had thought that I was asking for a refund through their website but two days later after no action I called and my refund request was refused because I hadn't called the day of the reservation started. Mind when I called I was still in the period of the reservation and they would not even refund the remaining days.
1) I ordered a spot for an oversized vehicle, tried to communicate via email but no respond, no phone number was provided.
2) parking lot address was wrong and I couldn't find it and no way to get in contact...

I booked parking in NYC before my flight and got confirmation # 2 months before the day. When I showed up in NYC to the confirmed parking at Jamaica JFK discount parking. I was turned away because they were full. I will never go to that parking or way.com for reservation. Unreliable and unprofessional. To find out 3 hrs before flight you have nowhere to park. Greatly disappointed.

Ridiculous! Had a reservation through way.com at Ramada Atlanta parking. We reached the parking lot 2 hours prior to the flight time only to find out the way.com has oversold parking spots and the hotel parking lot is full. When I called them, they said the best they can do is to provide a refund. Wow! They said they cannot help with finding another parking spot, it's not their responsibility. I asked for the agents ID and name, which he refused to provide. Asked to talk to his manager, said he is the manager and no one else will help. Then suggested me to not waste time and be grateful that they are issuing a refund. Wow, this is happening in the US folks. Please don't spend your money with such unprofessional service. You will miss your flight, will have to run around to find last minute parking and they be happy with the refund they gave you as mercy. Total disgrace.

I reserved 3 spots at a lot near JFK over a month in advance and aid for them. I even confirmed those same reservations with Way two days before travel.
Pulled up to the lot at 4:45 AM and was told the lot was full! Now i had a flight in two hours and no parking spot! Called Way and the fee was refunded but nothing was done about the extra fees I incurred. I was told I was out of luck.
Will NEVER use Way.com again for any reason what so ever. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

I would have given 0 star if there was an option. Please avoid using way.com because their associated parking companies are not quality companies, and they jacked up the customer reviews, which is so misleading. Compare the attached two reviews, one from way.com and another groupon.com for the same parking company.

I just booked some holiday parking at LAX. The options I had were excellant. But I needed met and greet as I have late night and early morning flights. I have my 2 children and my parents with me and this why I needed this service. All the quotes I had were quite expensive. But then I remembered I used this particular company last year - yes you guessed it was Way and had no problems with them at all. It has been a month since asking for a refund. The San Diego parking garage would not accept our WAY receipt because it did not specify the time period. We had to pay again to park. The garage said we needed to download the WAY app but they felt needing the app was wrong. We agree. We reported it to WAY. We have not heard anything. Very poor customer service.
