Following multiple transactions with WR, I'm happily sharing my experience. Dealing with them has consistently been a pleasure, and I've nothing but positive experience with them. What you can anticipate from this company is not only prompt communication but also meticulous attention to detail, transparent and sincere representation of their products, and swift and transparent pricing during negotiations. In today's digital age, a business's online reputation and reviews hold significant weight, which is why I wholeheartedly endorse anyone considering transactions with them to proceed without hesitation. As a seasoned watch collector, I've encountered numerous sellers, yet WR stands out as one of the select few with whom I choose to conduct business.
Purchased two time pieces for over $9k from the company using my credit card. Estimated delivery dates came and went. Finally, after months, requested a refund as per their policy. Was promised a quick refund and was told it was complete. Nothing hit the credit card. The company blamed "technical" issues. Waited and still no refund after months although company kept promising it was coming. Finally opened a dispute with my credit card company. Then company said they could not refund during dispute process. Read all the reviews on this company before placing an order. Obviously will not be doing business with them again.

"Watch Rapport is a scam. I purchased a Rolex watch worth $15,000 and waited for 7 months, but they never shipped it. Consequently, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They approved my refund request, but I have not received my refund as of yet. I keep receiving emails from them with excuses of technical difficulties to refund me. Please do not buy anything from Watch Rapport. I am surprised how they are still in business despite such fraudulent practices."

I purchased a watch from watch report over 3 months ago I never received the watch contacted them said to place a cancellation order it would take 3 to 5 days so I did it they said after that it would be 15 days to get my money back so I waited 15 working days never got my money back I contact them and they tell me the exact same story when I call that they'll have to talk to the financial department about returning my money they don't know why it's delayed All I can say is don't buy a watch from them and I'm blown away that Google doesn't block them from advertising modern-day thieves

Watch Rapport is a scam! They take your money, and then try to get the watch they claim to be selling you. If they can't get it, you're sh-t out of luck. They give you one excuse after another as to why your refund is delayed, only to ghost you after several months without your refund. STAY AWAY from this company.
Watch Rapport, the online luxury watch site is a scam. Aleksandra Bulgach and Claire Nsengiyumva, principles of the company, claim to sell high end watches that they do not have. Once you place an order with them good luck ever getting the watch you're buying, or your money back. They will drag you along month after month with one excuse after another as to why your refund is delayed, and eventually never issued. Their Watch Rapport site uses photos that they steal from other sites on which people are selling watches. They are not in possession of these watches, nor authorized to sell them for the actual owner. Be warned, steer clear away from Watch Rapport.

I purchased a watch from watch Rapport on 9/2/23. When it didn't arrive in 6 weeks and they couldn't tell me when it would, I requested a refund and filed a dispute with Citi Cards. Now 2 months later, I still haven't received the refund and Citi is dragging out its investigation.
