"Watch Rapport is a scam. I purchased a Rolex watch worth $15,000 and waited for 7 months, but they never shipped it. Consequently, I cancelled my order and requested a refund. They approved my refund request, but I have not received my refund as of yet. I keep receiving emails from them with excuses of technical difficulties to refund me. Please do not buy anything from Watch Rapport. I am surprised how they are still in business despite such fraudulent practices."

Zero stars! I purchased a watch from them in the beginning of this year. After a month and no watch, I requested a refund and now it has been 5 months and still no watch and more importantly no refund! It was hard earned money that I saved for to buy this watch as a wedding gift. It's very disheartening and scary to see how many stories similar to mine are being posted on a daily basis. I hope this company refunds me all of my money soon or I will have to escalate matters with lawyers and etc. as their was so much money taken from me!

Don't fall for the refund policy. It's a joke. They hardly respond to emails. Their legal rep won't call you. When you find that law firm online, the number always messages "Sorry, I can't talk right now". I finally called that number out too and no response.

Following multiple transactions with WR, I'm happily sharing my experience. Dealing with them has consistently been a pleasure, and I've nothing but positive experience with them. What you can anticipate from this company is not only prompt communication but also meticulous attention to detail, transparent and sincere representation of their products, and swift and transparent pricing during negotiations. In today's digital age, a business's online reputation and reviews hold significant weight, which is why I wholeheartedly endorse anyone considering transactions with them to proceed without hesitation. As a seasoned watch collector, I've encountered numerous sellers, yet WR stands out as one of the select few with whom I choose to conduct business.

They take your money and you'll never get a refund!
Waited for months for a watch that they just not had. They were always saying that they have an issue.
I went on their order tracking system. You can track any order you'd like by entering other order numbers.Mine was 8772. I tried at least 50 different numbers. All had the same status after months: not delivered.
When I then decided to cancel the order, they found all excuses for delaying the refund, having internal server errors and other lies. Their best response: "We have sent an urgent follow up request to our department in charge regarding your refund. We'll contact you shortly with an update." Of course, never got updates even though I was harassing them.
Just started a legal action against them now.

Purchased two time pieces for over $9k from the company using my credit card. Estimated delivery dates came and went. Finally, after months, requested a refund as per their policy. Was promised a quick refund and was told it was complete. Nothing hit the credit card. The company blamed "technical" issues. Waited and still no refund after months although company kept promising it was coming. Finally opened a dispute with my credit card company. Then company said they could not refund during dispute process. Read all the reviews on this company before placing an order. Obviously will not be doing business with them again.

A truly outstanding experience with this company. The guy from the support team is an absolute pro - knowledgeable, great communication, and honest. It simply doesn't get any better. Purchased a very special watch to me - and a huge part of it was the memorable experience with Tal and the whole store. Thanks

Watch Rapport is a scam! They take your money, and then try to get the watch they claim to be selling you. If they can't get it, you're sh-t out of luck. They give you one excuse after another as to why your refund is delayed, only to ghost you after several months without your refund. STAY AWAY from this company.

I purchased a watch from watch Rapport on 9/2/23. When it didn't arrive in 6 weeks and they couldn't tell me when it would, I requested a refund and filed a dispute with Citi Cards. Now 2 months later, I still haven't received the refund and Citi is dragging out its investigation.

Stay away from these crooks!

Fast communication and easy to work with. They are honest and trustworthy businessmen. I purchased a mint condition Rolex *******M. It's condition was exactly as stated in the description. I'm very happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again.

I ordered a watch in January of 2023. I cancelled the order in March of 2023 after their failure to deliver. Ever since I have been getting the runaround about my refund. They say they issued it but the refund never showed up in my account. They say they are having issues with two credit companies and are in a lawsuit with them. I have contacted Midway Law firm who is representing them and have gotten the runaround with them also. It is now November of 2023 and I still don't have a watch or my refund. They are a scam.

I placed an order for a watch on 12/16/23. Its original deliver date was the middle in January. The deliver date as then extended to end of January and then again to the beginning of February and yet again to the middle of February. At this point i put in a cancellation of the order. The order cancelled on February 13, and I was told at most it would be 15 business days for my refund. Not sure why it takes 15 days to refund an ACH payment, but whatever. The 15th day has now passed, and I have still not received my refund. I would stay away from this site and never order from them.

This company is a sham. They copy the listings of other, legitimate watch resellers, and they collect your money up-front. Then, after holding your funds for 4-6 weeks, they inform you that they can't fulfill your order, and that you will receive a full refund in 15 business days. But the refund never comes on its own. You have to actually call after the 15 business day waiting period, and then they open an "escalation ticket", which is just another excuse to keep your money as long as possible.
The entire business is a scam designed to earn money off the interest float they enjoy until you scream loud enough, threaten a lawsuit, or formally dispute the original charge with your credit card company.

Don't fall for their ridiculous star rating. The positive reviews are from profiles that are obviously fake accounts. If you filter the reviews to only show "verified purchasers", you'll their true 1-star rating. Run, as fast as you can, away from this "business".

Supposedly purchased a Rolex from this company. The watch was never in stock. Waited a couple of weeks to see if it was back in stock. No go. Emailed and called customer service to cancel " my order". They did so and said my refund may take up to 25 business days. Waited 15 business days for my $3100 refund. Not there called! Called customer service AGAIN! Order was indeed cancelled but refund never processed! Ugh! This was a few days again. Waiting to get my $3100 back which they have had since August of this year! TERRIBLE! Don't shop with them. Spend a little bit more for your luxury watch on eBay!

This company is a complete scam. They do not have any of the watches that they market and they hold onto your money for months at a time without any communication. I made a purchase on June 27 2022. It is now Aug 30. I have no watch and no refund after multiple communication attempts. If it looks too good to be true, then it is, and that's exactly what Watch Rapport is. FRAUD. I will do everything that I can to make sure this scam company is shut down for good.

I ordered a watch online from them for about 3500. Said it would be delivered in 30 days. After 30 I called and they said they could not get that watch would I like to try to wait for another. I waited for 2 more weeks after hearing nothing I cancelled and they said my return of money would be in 15 business days. After 15 business days I called in and they hung up on me repeatedly. After finally getting answers from email it was always "we will issue refund" but still nothing came. I have since called in and talked to 4 different "supervisors" and all keep saying we will call you back within 48 hrs. No one ever calls. It has been 45 days and I still don't have my refund and they keep giving me the run around. This place is a fraud. DO NOT order from them. They will take your money.

Was a bit skeptical at first as i'd never heard of this company before. However was very impressed with the delivery time and my watch! Definitely will be buying from here again in the future and would recommend to others.

I wouldn't watch over two months ago, after 30 days, was giving some excuse about seller not responding. They'll get back to me in two weeks, meanwhile, they have my $18,000 in their pocket, this is absolutely ridiculous, asked for a refund and it's now been almost 3 weeks and nothing, has started a dispute with my credit card company. Do not buy from this company company scam

Unfortunately, I purchase a Rolex, it never arrived, after 30 days we contacted them several times, finally received instructions how to proper cancel order, since I was told they never had the watch, (after you order they try to find the watch they originally sold you.)
Order was placed first of January, still no return of funds as of April 20, had to send all paper work to bank fraud Dept. They are now investigating.
Keep all paper work, sales, contract, refund policy, insurance guarantee. Etc.) You will need it to get your money back.
My Advice! Stay away, if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.

Superb experience, with great communication and incredible service. I'm always a little tentative buying luxury goods from an online store I've never done business with, but the support team made the entire process a pleasure. I would definitely purchase from them again.
