I should have read every watch rapport review before trying to buy a watch. Pre-ordering one was a huge mistake. When I called to pre-order a rolex on feb 21, they told me the shipping date would be march 23, because the watch needs to be sent to be authenticated. I accepted because a month was not so bad. The man I spoke with told me I would recieve a photo of the watch before it would be sent. I called about two weeks later just to verify because I was nervous about sending them almost $12K and was just calling for an update. There is always a Receptionist (they called themselves that) who answers and then fowards the call to a rep. The man who got on the line sounded like he was eating and I couldn't understand what he said. I asked him if there was a photo of the watch or if he had an update and he was the ruddest person I have ever spoken to at a business with this level of recognition, I asked him to please stop speaking to me as if I were a child and he continued yelling so when I told him I wanted to speak to someone of higher authority, he said to f+*# off and hung up. I called back and spoke to a receptionist and then spoke to a rep because I wanted to file a complaint against this unprofessional employee, and they told me I would get a letter with the complaint info and all the rest of the watch information I has asked about. I never got a letter, I called and was always told there were no reps at the moment. On march 23 I called and asked why I hadn't recieved the rolex or any info, and they said "oh, we haven't gotten it and it might be several more weeks, you just have to wait". Being 30 days after I placed the order, I was able to cancel without a restocking fee or a fine. I received an email saying I would get my money in 3-5 days. Ten days later I call because no money, Again, no one to take my call and I had to leave a message. I get a response saying that because of the banking turmoil, I would have to wait. I wrote back a not very nice email saying I would write a review with the terrible experience of a probably two people employee company and was answered back with a subliminal threat. So thats when I called my credit card company, april 21, (2 months folks!) to file a case. Last week Watchrapport sent a public email stating their new rules and regulations. Today, May 3,2023, I called my credit card copany to ask what happened because watchrapport never got back to me, and I was told I won the case. What a horrible experience and I I know Watchrapport reads these and then answers them to justify themselves, I dont want a response and I dont want an apology, I just want to warn potential customers of who they are dealing with. I recommend everyone to read reviews on other sites like I sould have.
