I ordered a watch wired the money and never heard back from anyone for 30 days. Just a email. I emailed them to see where the watch is and they inform me that the seller never sent it. So basically they kept my 15 k for a month. Multiply that times thousands of people and this is not a watch broker but a cash warehouse that uses your money. Total bull$#*!.

Do not do business with this company. They are a joke. I am in dispute and trying to recover my money.

Ordered a watch from them and was told I would have the watch in 5 weeks. 5 weeks go by and still no watch and no communication. So I called them and asked where was the watch. They told me they didn't have the watch. They sold me a watch they never had. So I asked for a refund since I was going to Vegas I could purchase a watch there. They agreed to issue me a refund. That was weeks ago! I still have not received a refund. I keep calling and emailing. They will NOT return your calls! They will continue send you email after email that "its in process". I spoke to my credit card company and they told me refunds never take more than 3 business days. They are liars! It sucks because now I am going to have to hire a lawyer.
