Purchased a watch on their website. They listed the watch as New, in stock and ready to ship. I checked the status of the order it said

Assembling order
Order processing
Order ready to ship
Order shipping label created, waiting for carrier collection.
After about a week I noticed the status didn't move. Contacted them only to learn they aren't opened on Fridays and the weekends. Called again Monday, I learned that the watch had not been "sourced" and was not in their possession, they have not "located" the watch even though the website said it was in stock and ready to ship! One month later, the order status has not changed and they DO NOT have the watch in their possession. They have this thing of trying to frighten persons with cancellations changing a 3-4% restocking fee, but how are you going to change a restocking fee on something that isn't even in stock! Anyways I will be contacting my bank as reporting this as FRAUD!

Scam Alert!
These guys a fraudsters. Buy at you own risk. They are scam artist. Look at other review sites. This one is a full of bot reviews. You will be doing the same as me going to your bank and doing a fraud claim to get you money back. Never send them a wire! Also make sure after they get you you also file a claim with FTC and BBB because the need to be shut down. Unfortunately, that's the only recourse you will have once they have your money.

So go ahead and roll the dice!

Don't do pre Order neither for Rolex or Patek. YOU Money will stuck even after 6 months wait and you won't get anything big scam to flip your money for almost a year. I purchased Rolex Panda and Platinum Day Date. Waited almost a year and since it was long time wait Amex waited almost 32 days to honor a charge back. I purchased a expensive watch. I immediately started getting tracking info. Show that the shipping label was issued and ready to go. Didn't hear another thing for several weeks. I tried to contact them and they didn't return my emails. Finally i get ahold of them and they tell me they never had the watch in their possession. They are going to refund my money but would not give a a date that i would receive it. Could be 4 to 5 business or several weeks. I haven't received the refund yet. I don't think i would try them again. I little shady in my opinion.

I received my order in a timely manner, and the watch was exactly as I expected from Watch Rapport. I had a small issue with the time setting on the watch and customer service was wonderful, they were able to walk me through how to set it up.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is not a legit company. I've been waiting for a refund for 9 days and every single day I get an email that it will be "refunded in 15 days." This is a ponzi scheme. They make money off holding "loaned money" for extended periods of time. Look up the "Zadeh Kicks" situation. This is identical.

I purchased a watch from them, after waiting over a month and numerous attempts at trying to get confirmation of the order I placed I finally got them to cancel my order. After 2-3 weeks of waiting for my account to get credited back, I called and left a message with their answering service, no reply! I sent them an email through their disputes and claims on their website, no reply! I sent an email from the email address they contacted me from when canceling my order, no reply! Now I have to file a dispute with my CC company to get my money back.
These folks are the worst business people I've ever done business with. Stay clear from these Clowns, I'll be contacting the state attorney generals office of Nevada as well!

I "preordered a Rolex waited 5 months and cancelled my order. I NEVER received a refund. This place is a huge fraud. All the "reviews" on their website are fake as you are unable to post a review on it. I would avoid using their website unless you like throwing money away.

Found the perfect watch, at a price I could afford! Wanted an older version of an Omega watch that is no longer in production and found it in great condition and a much better price. In August 3 2022, i bought a watch from this website, i wired around 12k to them, 3 months later still not hear from them, so i called, someone said it is coming, one person said they just don't have the watch, finally asked for refund, that was a week ago i will plan to continue to call every week and give bad reviews until i get my money back now they just take message without any one call me back. Will go around and continue to write bad reviews until i get my 12k back. My order is 5535

I was worried about making such a large purchase online. I scheduled a call with the Assurance team and it was nice to chat with someone about the process. They were very informative and provided great insight. I decided to make a purchase. Received my as promised and as described.

I really didn't expect to be able to buy a Rolex watch for such a low price. And yes, I've had my watchmaker inspect the timepiece. It's 100% original and in great condition. The watch came with the original paperwork and with a guarantee from Watchrapport. I'm happy to give a 5-star rating to this wonderful luxury site.

Order a watch as website stated in stock. Waited 4 weeks to find out that they don't stock they source and buy. Cancelled order and 14 days later still waiting for my money back. Took 1 day to collect my money amd now has taken over 14 days amd counting to get back. Never will I order sgain.
