I ordered some items from walmart online. They forgot to send half of the items! After two times of calling costumer service they just cancel the items and refund my money. What an awful shopping. Will Never do shopping from walmart. They even wont sent me the receipt.

So if you try to change your hours that you want to work at Walmart because you rely on busses and it doesn't work you would think you can talk to management but no they don't give 2 cares on the world if you rely on busses or not especially in orillia, you can't always expect that persons partner to come pick them up like wtf especially when that person's partner is a transit driver in orillia who has to be up early the next morning for work. DONT WORK FOR WALMART NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

Disappointing
October 27, 2023

Ordered a desk. 2 days after expected delivery still no up to date delivery information still said expected delivery was 2 days prior. Customer service said escalation team would get back to me Tues or Wed next week. Today is friday and I am supposed to travel to another city to install this this weekend for my daughter in university. I asked to cancel order, they said that will also take until mid next week for escalation team to get back to me. Waiting 5-6 days does not feel like escalation it feels like neglect. I will never order from them again. Including will not shop there in person. Even their phone prompt experiene was crappy I couldn't hear what the person was saying for the prompts clearly then I could barely hear the agent and when he put me on old it was screaming loud music that was not even clear - fuzzy radio music. Disgusting! Terrible client experience.

Very difficult to ask questions or even get service there. One hour service is totally unavailable as there is no one there to fill the machine with paper. There should be a disclaimer attached to the service. I never received one hour service yet I have to pay for the service.

Walmart extra charges
October 24, 2023

Bought some candies (three boxes) and chips (one box) and cheese sticks (one box) for Halloween a total of five products. Never bothered checking the bill after paying, when getting home I looked at the bill and found out there was a total of 6 items bought. There was an extra charge for 1 chip box at $11.87 with a total of 6 items on bill but only bought 5. Be careful with Walmart as I have read this about a year or two ago where they charge you extra or double charge you for something you purchase. It's too late to go back as they would never believe me, it's like they think I'm trying to rip them off when they have done this to many other customers. I don't know if I can put in websites on this site but I will try. And NO I don't lie as I'm not a politician or work for the government, I have never needed to lie or be dishonest but something like this is a scam to all hard working people and it's all so the rich can make more money.

My advice don't shop for your convenience at Walmart, do as I'm doing from now on, shop at other reputable stores that may charge you a few cents more but not get scammed or ripped off.

I called because I couldn't use a gift card, was on hold 3 times and had to give personal info for no reason. Then was told to call a different number, I called that number and was told to call the original customer service number. I have now been directed to call a third number. It's a $50 gift card and I'm approaching 2 hours deep into this.

Ignorant company

This is a very ignorant company. They are not very responsive to customer's inquires or complaints. Their website for writing reviews on products and customer services is questionable. I tried so many times and still don't have any good experience with this company so I won't buy anything from this company.

This company needs a good swift kick in the $#*!. They don't price match anything unless it's off of their own website which is complete crap. And when you mention how does their customer service 100% guarantee work no one can explain it because it doesn't exist.
Absolutely last time ever coming into a Walmart

Be careful on Walmart online, I found some clearance items offers really low price and offer store pick up, however when choose stock pick up,store shows no stock, when I went to the store it has the stock, try to call to adjust price, their online agent English I even could not understand, and repeatedly say some useless word, I will never ever go there to buy.

Signed up for their monthly DeliveryPass (free delivery) service, so now I pay that AND delivery fees! My last order cost almost 20.00 to deliver. On the phone, one agent told me to call back once the items were delivered for the 9.97 to be refunded, and when I did the next agent told me too bad. I canceled DeliveryPass to get THAT money back instead, and he wouldn't refund it for at least a week.
Also, they are always out of stock of everything important. I am sick and ordered Buckley's, which is available on the site, but then was told it was sold out. I asked that it be substituted or cancel the order, and they said there was NOTHING to substitute (didn't even check since it took 30 seconds!) and wasted so much time in the chat (disconnected twice so you have to start over multiple times) that the order I wanted to cancel went out anyway.
I ended up paying double delivery fee (9.97 + DeliveryPass fee) for a tiny order that I didn't even want because it was just supposed to be a couple extra things attached to the IMPORTANT thing (the medicine) because they waffle around in chat and on the phone for so long but don't really want to help you at all.
Scam and terrible customer service. I guess that is the norm nowadays!
If I had tried to order medicine from the tiny drugstore locally, it would have cost a couple dollars more but cheaper shipping and would already have been delivered. If it wasn't in stock he would have either substituted or I could have canceled within a minute. I'll do that from now on since I don't trust Walmart at all now!
Especially after buying all my groceries through them for years and years that is the treatment I got is SCAMMED and manipulated so they didn't have to cancel or refund THEIR mistakes!
So sick of these huge low-quality trash corporations ripping people off and never feeling like they should mend relationships with their customers.
They literally had ZERO interest except to hang onto every buck and ignored every single thing that should have been done to fix it!

Expensive and bad service

I would give them 0 stars if I could! While we were in Europe, Walmart placed a charge on my Visa Card without us making any purchases. I called the fraud department at Visa regarding another situation and they actually noticed the charges but it came from Walmart so I said, let me deal with Walmart when I get back to Canada. This was in the middle of August. We came back to Canada and I called on Aug. 29th to try to rectify the situation. The agent was very apologetic and explained to me that there was a billing cycle error on their side and I was one of the customers affected by it and I should see the amount refunded onto my visa card in about two weeks. Two weeks went by and nothing happened. I called again and the agent was again very apologetic about the situation and assured me that Walmart was going to call me in two days. They did not call. Then I called again and this time I was told I would receive an e-mail from Walmart in 2 days. They did not send me any e-mail. Today I am on the phone and I am on hold for over three (3) hours now waiting for a supervisor to speak with me.
If I buy something from Walmart and I don't pay them for six weeks+, I would have to pay 23% interest on the purchase as I'm using their money. Shouldn't the same role apply in the reverse situation?
Do not ever register your Visa Card with WALMART!

Online shopping experience

So yesterday I picked up my online groceries from Walmart Store 3009 Westbrook. Sush was the staff who attended the phone and brought the groceries out for me. On answering the phone to putting the stuff in my car he was an awesome person who communicated explained the procedure of the online ordering. I would recommend him a raise for this. I also have been ordering online stuff regularly every month but the phone calls are poor I should say. Managers should emphasize more on quality and deliverance for customer satisfaction. Sush communication was excellent and above all from other experiences. 5 star to him.

Walmart stop to be greedy

I use to pay the Aveeno Shampoo and Aveeno conditioner in Canada for $8.99 now it became $10.99, with ~19% increase, so I ordered them from Amazon at $8.99 which is $2 less than Walmart and free delivery, so stop to be greedy Walmart, you are forcing people to buy from Amazon instead of you. You are not helping yourself. The options are a lot, you are not the only option and people are checking other prices.

If I could give zero I would. I have never rated a business a zero. I always try to take it up with the management directly. I can't seem to get anyone on their chat to understand my issue and they will not give me contact info for higher ups. I have asked to be emailed by a manager and they continue to call when I have told them I am in an area without cell service. I ordered a table and 2 chairs on July 30. On Aug 12 my husband picked it up. We soon realized there was no table. I called, I chatted, I was old to go to the store to pick it up again. It's not there. Now Walmart chat is hanging up on me and refusing to help. I try to call the store - Tecumseh and Lauzon in Windsor, Ontario and they NEVER answer the phone. What company acts like this?

Terrible online service. Ordered 6 items that were on sale. One by one they cancelled every item except 1.
One by one. So I was sent 5 digital gift cards for each cancelled item. I did 3 online chats asking why the 5 items that were cancelled are still showing as in stock on line. They kept sending these generic texts telling me to be patient and they can understand my frustration. I told them to cancel the last item as it is no longer needed as the WHOLE order was supposed to be a birthday gift that was now ruined. Kept telling me to refuse the delivery. I asked how I was supposed to do that from work. They would not cancel it. It is an electronic item which they refused to return even though it was unopened. A set of head phone. Unopened and the store refused to do a refund because it was an electronic item. I had to go over an hour by buss to a store to return the ONE item they sent. They REFUSED to return it.
Every person you speak with is some idiot who cannot speak English or French in INDIA. I hate hate hate Walmart and am completely done with them. EVERY store in Canada is ALL INDIAN people. ALL OF THEM. This is CANADA. Have a variety of people from all backgrounds working in the stores. This will properly reflect Canada. I feel like I am shopping in India. The clerks are rude, they speak in their own language right in from of the customers. It is a discussing experience shopping at Walmart now.

Huma is the best

Huma took the time to help me and provided with an outstanding customer service that I never experienced at Walmart in Moncton. People like that need recognition as they are the most devoted employees any company would benefit from.
