Walgreens at"542 River Hwy, Mooresville, NC *******" ……. By far the WORST customer service at any Walgreens I have ever been to. This is my third time calling corporate with my concerns about this store. I am sick and tired of being racially profiled. And I am hoping corporate takes action because the store MANAGER HAS/WILL NOT. There should be a sign on the door that says "SERVING WHITE PEOPLE ONLY". I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS WALGREENS. I've spent so much money with Walgreens I'm a loyal customer and the way I have been treated over and over at this Walgreens is in acceptable
Dont use Walgreen's if you can avoid it. I've had prescriptions filled at most of the chains. Used Walgreens for the last 16 yrs. After Covid hit the Walgreens here has become inept at filling prescriptions. Its insane. Peole leaving the lines in droves and cursing under their breath. Instead of 7 workers behind the counter they are down to 3. And two of them are always brand new to the job. Covid comes first no matter how many days your meds are late. The last two times took 12 hrs after calling in the script a week in advance. The very last scripts they filled for me were completely off the rails. The woman in the drive thru knew I was not coming back and would not give me the meds without paying $275. Its normally 45. To make a vey long story short, if you rely on your medication, use a private Pharmacy. Walgreens is in the Covid business atm. They even closed the drive thru here. And it's a very big pharmacy. You can watch a person enter, go to the Covid line, and get immediate attention. The other 20 customers all sigh at once. It's funny. I wish I would have taken a pic to post.
Tried for 3 days to pick up my prescription at Walgreens in Springfield Mo E Kearney location. Day 1 not ready. Day 2 computers down so they would not give me my prescription Day 3. Went to pick it up after calling at 1230 pm when i arrived 30 minutes later the had a sign up that they closed til 5 pm. Im done. Walgreens sucks. They can keep my meds. Staff needs fired but i wont be going back
STAY AWAY. If you ever went to this pharmacy you know what I'm saying. THIS PHARMACY AND ITS WORKERS SUCK. You want to be treated like crap, go to this pharmacy and you will get the demeaning chubby girl to talk down on you. You will wait every time you go to this store for at least 45 minutes and then get treated like like crap and demeanedThey are all rude and degrading, don't know anything about giving meds and think they can just treat you with disrespect and waste your time and laugh about it. 2 minutes down Ann road and CENTENIAL will treat you right and no lines to wait in and no disrespectful people waiting on you. They should fire every person in this department and all the custo ers will be very happy. Walgreens on Rainbow and Ann. STAY AWAY.
I live 23 miles from the closest Walgreens. So I always call before I make the drive into town to pick up my elderly mothers scripts. And no matter how much I voice my displeasure, they are never ready when promised. It's not like I have to wait 5-10 minutes, I always have to come back the next day because they don't have her medication in stock…. Every time!
I'm done with these clowns. Walmart will now get her business.
On 01/04/2022, my husband of 39 years, tested positive for COVID. Urgent Care doctor informed my
Husband that his medical issues put him at a high risk and that he would need infusion. Though my husband's cardiologist assured him that he would be fine, I, still, nervous. Feeling uneasy made it difficult for me to locate over the counter vitamins prescribed by urgent care doctors.
I asked Jasmine Guzman for help. Jasmine's professional and friendly disposition was comforting I was relieved knowing that my husband would be able to have the necessary items. Jasmine Guzman's display of sincere concern and kindness deserves recognition as a valued Walgreens associate.
I have been using this product for a long time, so I decided to finally write a review about it. The price is great, the products are also high quality, the only thing for which I will remove one star is that last time I did not like the attitude of the staff and so everything is great.
I am very disappointed in the recent Christmas ads I am seeing. Foul language has become too accepted in our society. Shame on Walgreens for making it more acceptable.
Walgreens has been our go to pharmacy for over 20 years. Over the last 20 month prescriptions have become unavailable. When expecting to pick your prescription up they don't even notify you. You have to call them. We have had to move most of our perceptions to Safeway, which is not near as convenient.
Worst service I have ever had at a Drug Store. Went through drive through and sat at the window for 20 minutes, no one said a word, Then they said that they could not see us. We rang the bell, they said it did not work. I asked why they did not have a simple sign up to notify or close the window, they had no response. Will not be going back and will transfer to CVS! My friend was just checked out of hospital and needed to be in bed and did not need this!
How do you not have Pfizer boosters available, for any date, for a 25 mile radius? Rite Aid, Walmart and CVS do. Ridiculous.
Walgreens, in Pittsburgh, PA, had booked for me a Covid test, and I knew that the tests were carried out at a drive-through. As I suffer from epilepsy, I am not allowed to drive a car, so I went on my bike. The people on the window refused the test, and told me that the only way to get tested was to (as they said) 'rent an UBer'. Fine, but they say they will not pay for it, so disabled people like me are made to pay extra, which is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
I recommend going elsewhere for COVID-19 Testing. In my case, I'll never know for sure whether I had COVID-19 because NONE of the PCR tests I took through Walgreens seem to have reached the lab when I was ill. All were lost. Even if this is a problem with the lab itself (AEGIS in Tennessee), it is Walgreens's responsibility to find a solution. Please do not end up in the same situation as I did: Avoid Walgreens and get your test at a clinic.
Horrible customer service. Waited 26 minutes for the pharmacy to answer the phone. I was told that they have 10 customers in line. Why have a phone if you simply ignore it?
One star is way too generous... just continuously terrible overall. Poor customer service, incorrect prescriptions, no one to take my call when calling in a prescription for a patient, late filling times on prescriptions... I wish someone would take over and fix things. Unfortunately, I think it's just too far gone. CHANGE PHARMACIES. There is no need to go through all of this every time you need a prescription. Plenty of other places who want to be helpful and do their job!
Please do not book an Appointment for your Covid test they are not responsible for the test results and no body give you a right answer they are playing a game said call Agis lab and lab said call Walgreens please save your time I ruined my vacation and my time I made so many calls and did not get any response yet after my 5 days finish from sample taken.
Do not suggest to buy anything or visit again at Walgreens
I have used Walgreens in Lexington, Ma, Waltham, Ma and now find the Needham site to be the worst. Long lines to pickup prescription, email alerts that prescription can be picked up but on arrival am told it is not ready. Express pickup window not manned. Moving to another pharmacy as soon as I can.
I buy the walgreens brand complete home flushable wipes for my family. My kids and I all use them when we go to the bathroom. I always put one in their bathroom and one in mine. My kids had used their pack and wipes within 4 days so I open my pack to wipe my daughters behind and it had a funny smell. I always buy unscented and had purchased floral scented by mistake so I figured that was the problem. I pull the 1st wipe out and notice something black on it. I start pulling each wipe and they are all COVERED IN BLACK MOLD! I JUST got them last week! I check the date and it says JUNE 16 2021! I am SOOO upset rn! My kids and I have been wiping our private areas with BLACK MOLD! I have to contact our physician to see what if any health hazards there are to us because of this. I will NEVER purchase these from there EVER AGAIN!
The WORST. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for an appointment that I had made to receive a Covid booster. My husband went to Rite Aide and spent 10 minutes total for the same. Awful. Terrible. Total disorganization, customer service fail, time management fail. Why did I make an appointment when they waited on all coming in for prescriptions before me? NEVER will I step inside a Walgreens again. AVOID this chain as they fail miserably.
Hello I bought two pairs of glasses initially only wanted to buy one about seven weeks ago iron Man Foster Grant glasses. For right around $26 and some change a pair. The arm on one of them broke so I thought it might have been my fault or someone else's you know. So I brought it back asked him there's any guarantee they said no so I bought another pair now here I am almost a month later second pair broke. Store doesn't seem to care if they sell a product they can't guarantee your replace they said call Foster Grant. I called them and they said the products we sell to you we don't guarantee so why would any store sell a product you can't guarantee. Plus I'm very disappointed I think I'm going to take everything out of the store I'm just customer service is no good anymore you're going to sell junk then become a dollar store thank you
Was put on hold by pharmacy for 47 minutes and was hung up on twice. I know they have caller ID, but rather than answering the phone to discuss a prescription issue, they chose to totally ignore it. Issue could have been resolved in a phone conversation of less than 2 minutes. What they did shows a total lack of respect for customers. If I could have rated Walgreens less than a one star, I would have given the store a minus 5. Now my fiancé has to go through the night without antibiotics due to the attitude of the employees of Walgreens. Simply said, Walgreens sucks!
Answer: Absolutely not. Bottom of the line products marked up. Corporate concentrates solely on cutting costs, stock prices and separating as many suckers as possible from their money.
