Firstly, the product that i have purchased R*******270. Is not upto the mark in quality, also the pattern is totally different in website and the product that i have received. The refund was initiated by Voonik on JAN 25th 2017 and it's Feb 22 today and i'm yet to receive it. When i'm asking them to check the status, they were giving some dummy reference id's to check with my bank. I have received refund's from JABOONG, MYNTRA and HOPSCOTCH to this account in the same month. But only Voonik has got soem issue it seem's, did they really transferred it? I have provided them the statement as well twice from Jan month to till date in a PDF format, but again they were asking me to chase my bank to investigate the issue. THis is reallyrediculus. Please DONT EVER NEVER BUY IN THIS SITE...
