Low quality of material, bad services.
They don't give reply when you mailed them.
Color and print is different than showing in picture
I particularly searched for the review sites to write about Voonik.com, I didn't come to the conclusion with single purchase I did it more than 5 times. There is a question about ethics in business? Let me share my experience,
1. Made 3 orders, the system was working fine, received SMS, Email
Order received and stuff like that. It took 4 weeks for me to receive the order. Don't ask about the material, it's not Bollywood replica, its replicas replica, I was very upset after 4 weeks of waiting time, you got the worst. Other 2 orders were not great either, but I needed the stuff that time and compromised.
2. They have a return policy, again, it will take another month to reach your account. If you raise a query, they will copy paste their return policy. As simple as it is.
3. One of my order was not processed for 1 month, I can't even believe, they hold 2500 INR for more than a month, after several messages, I got my order cancelled and received the money. How could they hold customers money for soo long without knowing the status of the product? Without the single response.
4. My last order with Voonik.com is very interesting, Ordered churidar material, an order has been placed, received messages, money detected from the account, after 4 weeks I received the message saying, your money is refunded to the account. Get the hell out of it.
If VOONIK.COM says themselves the market place provides, then be the one in a professional manner. Concentrate on dealers, they just let all the dealers inside the online store to give big hassle to customers. My ultimate aim of this review is for the customers, who comes to the conclusion, that all online stores are same, no not like that, there are really good market place providers, there are genuine dealers, please don't spoil their names.
