I have ordered one dress from voonik.. if i want to return it in how many days ill get my money refunded??? and in what way will it be returned?? what will be the process??? how many days will it take to complete the refund process

Y is that the colour of the dress shown and colour of the dress delivered are different?n this has not been the 1st time

Why do you have same product with different prices in your website?

Dear Faayezah, We would like to inform you that our vendors are the ones who modify the prices. If you notice, both the products are manufactured by different sellers. The prices differ due to the material, finishings, embroidery etc. Even though the images may look similar, these are for reference only. Is the dress material, design and everything is same as shown on the site?
