Ordered a product and never received it. Not getting refund or anything. Its a total scam and fake company
Never trust them 100% defaulters. I am going to complaint against them very soon.

The VONIK STORE is a fraudulent web store. They collect the money for the order and they do not send your order. It is not understood why no severe action has been taken against this web store. How are their registration not cancelled so far. Totally disappointed. Please do not trust this store. Fraud 100%+
The above gmail was active till receiving the money (Rs. 300/- for a designer saree) but once received my money, the above address became nonexistent and all subsequent mail sent repeatedlyare thrown out. The following is latest vent of my ire ---

I ordered 13 dec that day I got email order confirmed. But till I didn't receive my order and I didn't any notification. I send a mail also but no one is respond. I think it's fake website.

I had ordered one green polo t shirt from voonik that was unfitted to me i returned it on same way but the have refunded me 50 percent amount when i made a call to their customer services they said that i wont get the left 50% refund. Very very bad i have launched the complaint against them in consumer court.

TERRIBLE! I returned an item and I NEVER got refunded for it. Technically means they stole money from me because I paid for something that I do not have, but they can still resell.
I have contacted them SO MUCH over the past two months and all I get are general comments saying they are looking into the issue. Yeah, right... I have never experienced such terrible costumer service. It is NOT that hard to refund what it is owed to me. You might have gotten extra, undeserved money from me this time, but all you did was lose me as a costumer since will never buy from them again.

I ordered for 2 shirts on 1st october on an offer and it automatically got cancelled on 12 October without any intimation or email or phone call. My friend also experienced same problem wherein product was not delivered even after 15 days and order got cancelled automatically. This site is fraud and they do not have good customer service. Please refrain from this VOONIK.com site.
