I ordered for a stitched anarkali dress. But it came out to be unstitched. What I am I to do with a piece of net cloth not even with a lining in it. I stay abroad and cudnt stitch it with proper measurements. Total waste of money. Dat will be my 1st and last shopping with this site..

Had order Saree,, order no: R*******, and they delivered some other Saree which was not at all good, thought to try exchange but they gave some Red color cloths, after this worst experience they didn't even return total amount and deducted some tax and COD charges, which other company will not deduct.
Plzz dont buy anything from Voonik, it just looks good...

I ordered a jeans it was delivered to late after i got the order
I got wrong delivery. After that i sumit for refund but cash on delivery charge is not credited on my account. After that i ordered another pants with that credit + paytm wallet after i order it doesn't shown on my ordered option but its shown order successsfull after that i m going to see the credit points its shows the remaining last one... then i ordered again thn same thing happend but my paytm wallet balance with credited by them. Bought a combo of tees. The size didnt match so had to return them. The return was very prompt but then no sign of the exchange. They even said i refused exchange so had to put a few mails and then finally a customer care personnel called and "confirned" the return & exchange. A WEEK LATER... i get a mail & message saying my order has been cancelled. No word about refund or credit. Its been 2 weeks now and still no sign of my money!
Most inefficient & incompetent online shopping portal. Dont waste your time or money on this site. Cause once money is paid they dont give a rat's bottom about whether or not you are happy with the product and NO THE MONEY AINT COMING BACK FOLKS...

This is a fraud website. They only ask for money that too online payment only but no delivery is received
I had ordered 3 dresses from Voonik.The material for all those 3outfits was horrible. It was nothing like they were showing on their website. The stitching is not professional at all-- there were no zipper or buttons or anything to close off the skirts and you are afraid to even wear it with fear that the large stitches might open up. The saddest part was that instead of a stitched top they just sent a piece of cloth. Very disappointed and i recommend not to buy from them at all. I did try to send them an e mail to fix the problem of stiching the top but they denied it as it was past 15 days. Sure that was true but i live in USA and when my son returned from his business trip he mailed it to me so of course there was more days then their policy allows but the fault was on their side for not delivering the product they promised. If they want to improve and increase their business they should be professional and deliver the products as shown.If the error was on their side they should fix it irrespective of the time frame. Really disheartening by their response.
