They are big cheaters,i ordered a dress from them and i request for standard stitched...but they sent me dress with diffrent fabric and material from the one i saw and i chose...and thier rules isnot refundable...
Terrible, terrible, WORST SERVICE EVER! Their product is of poor quality and does not match with how they display on their website. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AS THEY ARE DECEPTIVE! I ordered 4 items (A,B,C,D). Item (A) was no longer available and they pressed me to find a replacement which I did and it was $7 over and they wanted me to pay the difference even though they caused me inconvenience and I had a 15$ coupon for spending $125. At the end they refunded me for item (A) after 3 weeks. Item (B,C) were delivered very late and were of poor quality and did not justify the price tag. I received a delivery confirmation email for items (B,C) being delivered and ordered completed. Now I had not yet received item (D). I get an email saying that I needed to return item (D), the email contained steps on how to return with the return label. They also went and added item (D) to the previous delivery confirmation email of items (B,C) which were delivered. This all happened in one week. I responded to them and they send me the same message. I was so frustrated and responded again breaking down the entire situation. They responded saying I was refunded but not how much and they didn't even explain as to what happened to item (D) or why was it falsely added to the previous delivered confirmation email of items (B,C). I'm still in the middle of this process and it has been very exhausting. They deleted my review I left on their website and I 100% believe that they are buying good reviews!

The joke "when you order off wish" Mirraw absolutely fit in to this category. I ordered a suit for £78. I was way too big absolutely NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE I wanted to return it and the said "No as it was a custom order" they have basically taken my money sent an off the peg cheap suit and then told me I cannot return it. PayPal dispute open to see if I can be helped. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
BAD EXPERIENCE at Mirraw. I ordered 2 kurtas based on the size chart. They sent me smaller sizes. When I contacted the customer support, they asked me for measurements. Made me change my tape measure 3 times because it did not have 8 markings per inch where mine had 16 markings. For crying out aloud, an inch is the same on all tape measures. It's been 3 months and I had sent pictures multiple times showing the measurements on the garments with my new tape, and compared to the size chart for that garment as per my order. They insist that 16.5 in is the same as 19 in for the shoulder measurement on their chart. They keep saying they escalated it but I get the same response. They are crooks and they cannot accept that they made a mistake. Please can you share the CEO number so we can bombard them with how bad their service and quality is.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from [Company Name]. I ordered a saree that was advertised as dark blue, but what I received was a completely different color—pure black—and the quality was far below what was promised. To make matters worse, the company has been unresponsive to my request for a full refund, despite my numerous emails explaining that this was not my mistake, but theirs.
I understand their policy on non-returnable stitched items, but this situation is different. I received the wrong product and poor quality material, yet they continue to offer minimal refunds (starting at 10%, then 15%), which is completely unacceptable. Why should I, as the customer, be penalized for an error on their end?
Their lack of proper customer service and failure to address the issue has been incredibly frustrating. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience—buyer beware.
Do not trust MIRRAW. They supply very poor quality materials. I had return two items recently, now struggling to get the refund. Each day I am receiving email from MIRRAW with different stories about my refund. The return post tracking says item delivered. However MIRRAW create stories each day delaying the refund. Return postage we have to pay from our own pocket which MIRRAW will not refund. So please do not engage MIRRAW. It is waste of money and time.

I recently bought a saree, but it was of poor quality and not worth the price. After purchasing it, we found several sites selling the same design and saree at a much lower price. Additionally, they messed up the delivery. After communicating with both the seller and the courier service, we were informed by the courier service that due to a technical issue, the package was sent back to the shipper. Upon my request, they resent it through DHL, which I received in a few days. Based on this experience, I don't think I will buy from this site again.
I received the product but totally different product. Even blind people can figure out this is not the same product with the same quality. Might be similar in structure. There is no way I am satisfied, I paid big dollar for this and I am not gone get it wasted. I am gonna complain every where and give negative reviews unless they send me the same origin
I ordered a 3 piece suit from Mirraw and the kurta top that I received was a fraud. The neckline did not match the picture they had on their website, the pants was short. The status of my order did not change to "delivered" for the longest time, so I could not put up a returns. When I contacted Mirraw, they kept advising me to check after 48 hours. This went on for almost a week. After which, Mirraw refused to acknowledge that the outfit I received was a horrible copy of the outfit they had on their website. This site is NOT RECOMMENDED.
Please don't buy from this company. They deliver damaged goods and bad quality due to that they have 7 day return policy. Very bad customer service. I will never ever recommend them again.

I have ordered 2 dresses on 6 Jan with expected delivery of 21 Jan. After many emails to and from Mirraw, the 1st dress arrived on 12 Feb, just 2 days before my son's wedding by which time I had already had to by another one. I had then cancelled the 2nd dress and was promised a refund but then they still sent the dress and it arrived on 6 March. I refused the delivery and it was returned to Mirraw. Ever since then I have been trying to get a refund but they refuse. I get an anser to every email, but they are all just standard answers, copied from a textbook and not helpful at all.

I had a very bad experience with the company. They do lots of misleading picture posts, it is very difficult to talk to anyone when you call. They decline to fix your issue but tell several reasons why they can't do it. DON'T buy from them the material is very bad and the pictures are incorrect.

I ordered $400+ worth of clothing from them since they are from India. Inconsistent sizing, sloppy stitching and ridiculous/senseless products ruined it. Now they want me to either get it fixed by a tailor locally, or ship them back the products paying for postage and customs! They took several days to offer me this solution?
I should have gone with Amazon, Etsy etc instead of these guys who are ruining India's reputation and stealing people's money!

I ordered marriage dresses on 6th May for a marraige on 24th May. The promised delivery date was 23rd May. Since the products were not received for the marraige, I had to struggle to make alternative arrangements. I contacted Customer Service and sent cancellation request on 25th May. Since they did not cancel, I tried to contact Customer Service over phone. In spite of trying several times on different occasions, they did not pick up the call. Finally, they delivered the product on 12th June. It came in a bad package and wrinkled the contents. The products were low quality for the price. It is NOT worth ordering them again.
Website for this company shows items at huge discounts. It's a rouse to attract customers but don't be fooled. Avoid the aggravation at all costs. First warning sign - items are made in India then shipped abroad. Item ordered since 19 June have yet to arrived. Second warning sign - they use local shipping (Atlantic) which is a bloody joke. Third warning sign - unreliable unresponsive and untrustworthy customer service. Overall a bunch of liars leading to a waste of money and time.
We ordered an Indian temple from their site and it came broken. They confirmed that they will refund the amount but now after chasing them for a month, they have stopped responding. They are fraud, their customer support is pathetic. Be aware.

I have called three times asking if my returned parcel has arrived and I've received no indication. No mention of a refund has even put in place. I do not recommend. Customer service is rubbish and so is the return policy. Clothes came and didn't match the sizing provided on website. Customer service needs improving.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
