Nice selections of clothing. Great collections of Indian fashion wear. I love my indo western fusion outfit which i ordered from Mirraw Online Shopping site. The cloth material is good and very comfortable to wear. Perfectly fitted. Little disappointed with shipping process. Otherwise good experience.
Delivery was slow. When the saree came, I found that the quality was not up to the mark. Hemming was not done properly; fabric fibers were coming out. Also, the full amount was not refunded on return. They are deducting Rs 305 for return. Had they sent a quality product I would have kept it. For no fault of mine I will be paying Rs 305.
Beautiful garments. Order arrived earlier then stated and was very pleased with item received. One item slightly on the big side, but not too much of an issue. However, the company made error with an order by sending out a random confirmation of cancellation email for one item (unauthorised by me), which led to another order being made. Ended up receiving 2 items for the same thing (only wanted one). Contacted the company for a full refund as the error was theirs. They refused this and were only willing to give part and just got an apology.
I would give one star for quality compared to the picture posted. Especially the blouse was completely different from that posted on the picture. Please ask for a picture of the original product if ur buying.
Stitching was good. However the zip on the blouse broke as soon as I tried to open it.
The final product looked good but it was not what the picture showed. It's one of those online deals where u see something else and get something else. Would not buy anything else from this website.
Very disorganized company. Had to write to them because I didn't see any progress of my order. It came almost one month late, the blouse that was supposed to be included was not there. I would not recommend shopping here.
So sad that customers aren't made aware that things bought on mirraw.com are returned at customers cost, even for changing sizes... and when you wish to use Mirraw wallet before expiry date then only 20 percent can be used. Also unhelpful customer service. Too much instructions to follow until you decide its better to buy from amazon then Mirraw. What a waste of time! Beware,, nightmare dealing with their customer service. Wasted my mirraw wallet money therefore don't be fooled buy their new customer binding promotions and stupid email links which doesn't even work most of the times and they insist to use other devices if it doesn't work on their websites. What a joke. They don't care abt customers,, but need good reviews after service.so stressful shopping experience.

This website is so easy to scroll through and every design has so many colours! Large variety of designs and colours which makes shopping so much more fun and easy. Definitely was hard to make choices as I wish I could just buy it all! The descriptions and sizing chart were also very helpful and made my decisions easier to make!

I had a very bad experience with the company. They do lots of misleading picture posts, it is very difficult to talk to anyone when you call. They decline to fix your issue but tell several reasons why they can't do it. DON'T buy from them the material is very bad and the pictures are incorrect.

I paid more than 30 days ago. They never shipped. Sometimes they replied that they are looking into this. Now nobody replying. Looks like they ate my money.

I ordered an expensive saree that was not at all as the picture indicated, horrible quality and once I reported it back to Mirraw they ignored my emails and did not even acknowledge the issues.After chasing behind the delivery for almost a month what I re I was a huge disappointment.It had ugly stains on it and had threads coming out of it from everywhere.

1). Horrible CS, No Customer services at all, they will not try to resolve an issue, standard answer someone will call you in 1 hour, email reply standard answer someone will contact you in 72 hrs, send several emails & calls no response to resolve the issues,
2). Stitching job is horrible,
3). Material very poor quality,
4). No communications at all, opened up 5 to 6 tickets for issues, zero communication with clients to resolve, no intention to resolve an issue
6). They will just take your money... "save your money"

They send the a totally different item and offers 10%. Worst online buying experience I ever had.
This is what they told me when I told them I got the wrong item.
"We would like to inform you that product which you have received is a replica of the product listed on our website."
"However we are ready to give you 10% Discount on your product cost as a goodwill gesture. As returning charges of the product would be very high which will not covered by Mirraw."
Am waiting on my refund processed for an incomplete order from last 3 months. Every time I contact their customer care, they do have the same reply saying they are contacting the team, they will process the refund and repeating the same again and again. There is no integrity and reliability buying from these people. If you are lucky enough to have no issue with your products, then all good. Otherwise, get ready to waste your time and money if you buy from them.
We bought some dress for our kids for a function. It was not properly stitched and not as shown in the website. When we tried to return, they were not ready to accept that dress was defective even after sending the picture. Responding to my email took several weeks. I'll never recommend Mirraw.

I am really upset with Mirraw. I ordered a salwar kameez set for diwali 2021. I am located in the US. I had placed the order in September, some how package got lost in transit. Since then, i had to follow up with fedex, reached out to Mirraw team numerous times to follow up call/ email you name it… and last i heard was in November 2021 saying that they were going to reship my item, then no answer. Again I checked on December to follow up no answer. They just leave the customer hanging. I am never going to order from them and for sure will not be recommending them to anyone. Very bad service.
Worst Raised to the power of infinity - customer care experience. Ordered a thing and got some thing in return. When asked for a reason, they said they wont be able to replace the right one because it will cost them extra shipping. Told me they will offer 20% discount. But it has been more than 2 months and none was refunded. When i try emailing them, they wont even respond. If you open a ticket, you get emails like SPAM from them saying thanks for opening the ticket and the ticket is closed. If there was an option of 1/2 star, i would have given that. Don't trust this site. Stay away from them. I'm so annoyed and frustrated with their service. They don't know how to do business. They lack fundamentals and professional ethics by all sense.

Material used is too thin! Stone makes myself feel more heavier. Image shows stone have some greenery color but all gold color instead. Nevertheless is not Bad. U will see many orders received from Mirraw on pink kaftans this few days. Coz we are having family wedding & the attire is kaftans shocking pink. I did recommended to my niece though. Thank u.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
