Just ordered tickets for the Kentucky game and the ticket agent (John) was great in finding the right ticket for me. I got my ticket in minutes after talking with John. I had some questions about other up-coming events and he was very helpful about what I could do to get any future tickets. Vivid tickets is the only ticket outlet for me.
Michaels service today made me feel like I wasnt sold anything. He simplified each step and exceeded expectation. There are only a few agents I come across as seasoned as Michael. Ran into a problem with my card... Angel held on the phone so that I could clear the issue with my bank, which I did, and then completed my sale! Dont see much customer service like that anymore! I was going to process my purchase online, but I had a questions so I called customer service and the representative was nice enough to take my order over the phone. Then I noticed several emails on my phone. The first talked about a new password? The second one was a summary of the transaction, the third email stated that the order was cancelled, and the last one thanked me for the order. I then called back to find out if the order was done or canceled. When I called I was moved from one person to the next giving me different stories but claiming that the transaction was canceled by the bank. I said that is impossible as my limit is $15K and I just paid the bill in full two weeks ago. I finally gave up trying to get a straight answer about why it was canceled and just redid the transaction. I am still a little concerned that the first transaction might go through so I will have two transactions for the same order. The whole experience was confusing, frustrating, insulting and messed up.
I bought tickets on this website. However, now I can't go. I only have two tickets and decided to try and re-sell them. I listed them for sale but couldn't upload the tickets to the site, which is the same site from which I got the tickets. Anyway, I tried to contact them through their "live chat" on two separate occasions but nobody ever showed up to talk with me. I tried this on two separate occasions too. Finally, I get an e-mail from them saying that I have to upload my proof of purchase of the tickets. Again, I bought the two tickets from them. When I clicked on the link for me to fill out the extra paperwork and upload the proof of purchase, I got a message saying that the there was no document for signature. I tried opening this link on two different devices and still nothing. Finally, I called them. The first time I called, I explained the situation. She then put me on hold for 18 minutes. After 18 minutes, the phone was conveniently disconnected. So, I called a second time. This time, I got a very less than helpful guy that I explained my situation to 4 times. I had to explain to him the exact same thing 4 times b/ca he kept asking me the same questions over and over like he wasn't paying any attention to me. His tone was curt and disbelieving of me. He told me that it was a technical problem on my end and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked him to resend the information but he was evasive and not least bit helpful. Then I asked him how he could be sure it was my fault. After a bit of persistence, he finally put me on hold and had them resend the information that I needed. This is all very dumb since they have all my information as an app acct holder and since my tickets were purchased through them using all the same information from the app. This has taken so much time to get resolved and it still isn't resolved at this time. Hopefully, it will be soon.
The operater was really great tonight. He was very helpful. He gave us many options to choose from. He also was able to assist us in getting a discount for being in the miltary. Thanks for everything!

I don't recall the gentleman's name but I am sure you can track him by my order # *******. I was having issues finding and purchasing the seats I wanted online and called and he assisted me and was extremely understanding, polite and prompt and took care of my situation timely and with ease.
Jake was awesome, even after being frustrated at myself, I had to call for assistance, Jake was the perfect person to assist, and was able to even helped pick my sits, which is wonderful, because I would of had us on the wrong side of the field.
