I bought my tickets in Kensington, MD by phone, because I had a question about the pick-up process, on the morning of the day of the ACC championship game. I picked them up in NYC at the hotel across the street from the hotel where I was staying, 30 minutes before the game started. Great seats, great game.

Good recovery!

Bought 4 tickets for a tennis tournament in California. Ordered 3 days in advance and paid for overnight delivery but the tickets were delivered to Arizona, 3 hours before the even started, and was not able to use them.
Viviseats customer service manager Sunny contacted me to find out what had happened. The company refund me the total amount paid for the tickets and shipping. This resolution made me feel a lot better about the website and will probably try them again in the future.

The real tickets are $20 but yet this site charged me $117 for seats in the very back of the show! And the front row seats are really $30 when you purchase them through bell auditorium this site rob people for money and give them poor seats

Superior customer service. Alex was the best customer service person Ive ever had I work in customer service oriented jobs and manage customer service representatives and I would hire Alex in a heartbeat he is an example of every customer service aspect that you want in an employee never before have I seen that he mustve had excellent training from somewhere and I would like to know where he did an outstanding job Very kind and gracious and formative went above and beyond help with every little detail addressed me by name and confirmed everything and made sure everything was perfect for me I have never used your service to buy tickets before but I will always do that now it was in incredible buying experience that was provided to me by Alex is incredible customer service and if hes not in your training department you should put him there he met and exceeded all standards for customer service Ive 20+ years in the customer service field and he has the job down pat thank you for a wonderful experience he stayed on the phone with me until everything was complete and my order was confirmed through email again above and beyond I would recommend your services to anyone thank you very much
