I was told by the sales office that i would receive my tickets within 5-10 minutes, i still have nit received these tickets, my daughter is performing at this event. I had last minute family and friends that wanted to purchase tickets so i thought that i could accommodate them by paying for them with the expectation of a reimbursement.
Vivid mangers, sales and customer service obviously does not communicate with each other because hey all gave me different explanations, vague ones. Needless to say i still do not have my tickets. They suck!

This was a big mistake on my part. The final cost was horrendous, considering I could have purchased through the box office the same tickets for 103.00 each So I am out $276.00, and I am definitely not happy that I was hasty, that the the listings for NJPac directed me automatically to secondary markets and that I got sucked into believing this was the only way to get a decent ticket! I will never go through any secondary source again. Im ashamed of myself, but you should be even more ashamed of the excessive fees you charge.
