The representative made it very easy to buy the closest seat to two seats that were already purchased.
I was told by the sales office that i would receive my tickets within 5-10 minutes, i still have nit received these tickets, my daughter is performing at this event. I had last minute family and friends that wanted to purchase tickets so i thought that i could accommodate them by paying for them with the expectation of a reimbursement.
Vivid mangers, sales and customer service obviously does not communicate with each other because hey all gave me different explanations, vague ones. Needless to say i still do not have my tickets. They suck!
During the transaction, the price of the tickets went up. That was a little annoying, but other than that, everything was fine.

This was a big mistake on my part. The final cost was horrendous, considering I could have purchased through the box office the same tickets for 103.00 each So I am out $276.00, and I am definitely not happy that I was hasty, that the the listings for NJPac directed me automatically to secondary markets and that I got sucked into believing this was the only way to get a decent ticket! I will never go through any secondary source again. Im ashamed of myself, but you should be even more ashamed of the excessive fees you charge.
Alex was great to deal with ordering baseball tickets. Had a credit and he helped figure out how to use it.
