Ticketmaster, like all of them, insist on their services fees, but they gotta get paid, too. Yes, they are high but I'm only here to say that this is a very professional website to get tickets and I've never had a problem or even a hiccup. The only thing I wish is that if Ticketmaster is the owner of concert tickets then they need to stop the third party websites from sucking up all the seats and selling them for a premium. Maybe I don't know how that works, but everyone should have a chance.

Seamless experience to get tickets to a show I thought I would have to miss. Price reflected my late arrival but that's tough cookies for me. I always check Vivid for concert tickets as they compete well enough to always be considered.

This review is not about service fees. Those are gonna happen so deal with it. I am writing just to warn you that buying online only shows section and row - it DOES NOT SHOW SEAT NUMBERS! So you and your friends may be sitting apart. I called them to ask about this and they said I should buy from him instead to insure seats are together. I decided not to take that chance and went back to Ticketmaster.
