Jamal provided quick and efficient service! I had to call in instead of using online service because I was unable to complete my order online. Kept getting an error response saying my billing address is invalid. I used the same credit card with the exact same billing address when purchasing over the telephone. Just wondering why this keeps happening every time I try to order online using this Visa credit card. I would appreciate if someone would be able to check into this for me and get back to me. I have bought several tickets through vivid seats without incidence. I ended up purchasing a ticket where once I got to the ballpark and got the ticket scanned, they told me that seat has already been in. I had to purchase another ticket just to get in. Kind of ruined the game for me as I was annoyed. CS had to investigate before any actions were taken. Made me feel like I was the one being under review. However, once they did review it, I was satisfied with what they gave me. They should be held accountable on the spot and give you another ticket immediately instead of leaving out to hang.

They do have ver friendly CSR and never had an issue previously or afterwards. Just makes me feel nervous every time they go to scan my tickets.

We had a problem with the electronic delivery of our tickets and missed the playoff game. It was a huge letdown and ate a large portion of our time for a date.

Initially the customer service rep was not willing to provide us a refund. I asked to speak to Upper management but no one was available that day. I was promised a call back within 24 hours.

I had to call again 3 days later for my refund after no one bothered to call me back. Again I was told that the escalation department would confirm that I was sent the tickets and not entitled to a refund.

I went on several consumer sites to warn others and eventually we were given our rightful refund as well as a credit equivalent to the refund for a future event. My husband said they were very apologetic but still they took no action to help us until it started hurting them.

FRAUDS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DAY-OF TICKETS. They will take your money and not deliver on the tickets. Customer service will not return your money and upper management will not call you back.
We bought tickets to a game a few minutes before it started and we never got the email with the information needed to accept the tickets to actually get into the game. We argued with the customer service representative, for thirty minutes about how we couldnt get into the game because we never received the email.
THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE RIP OFF. THERE IS NO REASON TO USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR HIDDEN FEES DONT MAKE THEM CHEAPER THAN USING A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE STUB HUB OR TICKETMASTER.
We jumped through all sorts of hoops that you never have to do with Stub Hub or Ticket Master in their stupid registration process. All their other emails showed up instantly except the one with the actual information we needed to get our tickets,
Furthermore, when comparing prices, Vivid Seats, DECEIVES YOU by not telling you about their $25 fee per ticket until you are partially through the buying process. If we were aware of the ridiculous fees, and all the hoops you have to go through to get the ticket, we would have used a company we trust where you truly receive the tickets instantly.
How much longer should we have stood outside the stadium, waiting on an email that didnt come into my husbands inbox until an hour and a half after the game started? We screen shot the phone when they finally came in. NOT ONLY ARE WE OUT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, BUT MISSED THE PLAYOFF GAME ALTOGETHER. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS.

And then when the issue of electronic tickets came up (my parents dont have a smartphone) he didnt just say oh well he went to work again to find seats that would work for them.
