Had a problem with vs website trying to log on. Called to buy the tickets. Daniel Said hed be glad to help me get the tickets I wanted for a White Sox game. He is a good listener and quickly filled the order for just what I wanted. Since it went so well, I ordered a parking ticket from him. He explained where it was and I got the pass. Pleasant experience getting service from a person who listens well, speaks clearly is to the point and not reading from a script. Thank you, Daniel.

I feel very dissatisfied and dissapointed when I mafe a purchase over the phone. The Representative assured me the tickets I was buying were for section 39FD Row 3 infield section, instead he sold me tickets for Section 39RS -Row 3 inbthe upper section.
Which was not the section I had requested. I specifically asked for Section 39 FD -Row 3.
Now im out of $150 which they dont want to refund my purchase and to top it off the Representative that took my call today was very RUDE abd not unders tra mbding to my concern.so I was forced to buy 2 more tickets for the SECTION I actually did want.

I never go to these events and When I do I save my hard earning money to do it. I feel that the sales CVrep was disshonest and I was not told the truth.

Ticket order was placed before the Terms and Conditions were read to me so fast I couldnt even understand. The order was placed BEFORE I accepted. I did not because the tickets could be sold ABOVE face value. Boy are they ever! Called the venue and I could get them there for ONE THIRD of your price. And the charge posted to my credit card immediately which rarely happens. Wow! Give me a refund NOW! The BBB is going to love this one. But Im sure I am not the first one you have tricked and duped into paying your absurd prices for tickets. Shame on you! Awaiting my refund.

Ive purchased the 3 Cowboys at Seahawks tickets without knowing the seat assignment and now VIVID does not know the seat as well they claim its not their responsibility. Usually the seat assignments are given during purchase or at least after the purchase. Still do not know which seats I know there in sec 331 Row BB. It would be great to know what numbers they are...
