After trying to purchase baseball tickets online & problems submitting an order with info less than a month old, I called direct and got excellent service from two young men to complete my desired order & clearing up tech problems. Would recommend Vivid Seats, but may want to use an old fashion phone call!

Mobile site is strange! I typed in what I wanted (Cleveland Indians) it popped up I clicked and it had apparently changed to the closest even in Chicago... it's a Chicago based company. So i ended up having to buy another ticket. I tried it several times after the initial mistake. I called the company. They told me too bad. I could sell the ticket I had with them. For a 10% commission. I wanted a promo code or something. It took over 50 minutes ( standing at the gate with 5 kids) to get it fixed. By then my ticket was gone. Beware.

I have never heard of vividtickets.com and I was a bit skeptical about buying here. However, when I spoke the young man (Knute) who assisted me on the phone, he was knowledgeable of the different concert halls, he gave me honest feedback about the seats I was interested in (he recommended the least expensive since the difference in distance to the stage was insignificant). I really appreciated his honest perspective.

Just tried to purchase two tickets online and my card was declined by you so I called your 800 number and purchased two tickets for a total of $398 using my card. I immediately then got an email from you saying " You didn't complete your online purchase and if you do so now you will get $20 off the ticket price". I get this at the same time I get an email confirmation from you for my phone purchase. I should get the $20 off my purchase for all of the aggravation! The only bright spot in this transaction was Nick at Ext. 2802 who was quickly efficient. Your online service was time consuming and frustrating. I earned the $20 refund!
