Brady assisted me today and he was amazing! I was calling to make sure these were real tickets and he ended up helping me over the phone! Even gave me a discount, really amazing service, definitely will use vivid tickets again! I already got the confirmation email and they should be set to be delivered this week!

Ext. 3261) was soooo helpful and made our purchase a very pleasurable experience. We will use Vivid Seats and directly call Laura N. For any other events we purchase tickets for in the future.

Trash service, no refunds, screws you over on tickets, waist of money, use Ticketmaster instead. Didn't send me a barcode to get and and never refunded my ticket.

I made a mistake and purchased one ticket to a game instead of three. I called Vivid Seats and the representative, Luke, was fantastic. He got me my extra seats and handled everything very easily unlike recent experiences with Ticketmaster.
