Having difficulty entering title. ALL WAS PERFECT. What else needs to be said? I am 70 Combat Nam Vet & this is what is bs w/hi-tech N - Gen of youth. I learned at age 6 on pushcart in BKLYN. Don't waste time Get to bottom line. That's life. Why must there be big magella of each online deal? GREAT is just that.

Waste of money

SCAM! Got tickets 5 months in advance for pink concert on April 13th Honda center for $84 plus tax and fees came up to $110 from vividseats. The sit was the highest sit on the 4th floor. When we got there it was too high so had to change it. When we tried to upgrade the lady in box office said it's 3rd party we cannot change it. We got second floor sitting for $75 on the same day of the show. Better sitting and was near the stage. Box lady told us our original ticket was $55. Waste of money to buy from vividseats. No cancelation or refund. It's better to buy from box office. Came up cheaper.

Monique helped me in any way she could. She answered all of my questions. She was excellent. On the downside, you could have offered me 20% off to begin with. Also, your extra charges are outrageous, 25% of the ticket. Can't even tell me what the breakdown of the charges are.

For some unexplainable reason my original purchase was rejected, refunded, and I was without tickets. Once finally cutting through the automated system and getting to a human, Dexter, the situation was resolved and tickets purchased. System was a little rough, but the personnel was very helpful.

Connor is the man

I was having a little trouble with the VividSeats app, so called customer service. I had a fantastic experience with Connor E. (x3208), who found me a better deal on similar seats to those I was looking at for an NBA playoff game, and who was able to apply the web discount I would have received to my purchase. This dude deserves a managerial position to show sales teams how much of a difference customer service makes in (1) making a sale, and (2) ensuring customers come back (instead of using a competitor's service). Five stars for Connor.
