Great experience. Daniel was very professional and looked after all my needs n a very short period of time. He applied a discount to my bill which was very nice and a complete surprise. You should always ask for a discount! Would recommend him to any buyer. Some sales people are not up to date with their job but this was not the case with Daniel(3732).
Julian was so helpful, super cool, and honestly has the best phone voice i have ever heard. He was so helpful with my purchasing experience and even threw in a discount when I was a bit hesitant to commit. He explained everything perfectly and was so patient. Julian is my freaking man.
Charged almost double price of venue tickets and added a bunch of charges on top of that! Tried a live chat but got no results at all! Total rip-off!

Today telephone rep was excellent. He found me the best he could at the price I was willing to pay and applied a 10% discount that I did not otherwise have.

I was on the website to purchase some tickets for Machine Gun Kelly. Everything went great, until the final submit order. After a few times of clicking, it said my address did not match (which it did). I was pretty stoked about these tickets, so I decided to call the customer service line. That was a little bit annoying to get through. So, I am a little frustrated at this point. Until the rep, George, answered the phone. He was super awesome. Helped me with the whole situation, and hooked me up with my MGK tickets! He was very pleasant, and as a first time customer, made me feel better about purchasing from vividseats. (I had told him my scam worries). I have his extension, so now when I buy Queen tickets, I will be making sure he is the one who sells them to me! THANK YOU GEORGE!

Needed two sets of tickets for two Titans home games. Naomi did her best to sort through the multiple listings in the section and row in which I was interested. Eventually we settled on our best guess for the desired seats. I am all set for two games in the upcoming season. I just have to recover from my two knee replacement surgeries. You see I was calling from the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific after my surgeries last week. There was a lot of noise and activities that made it challenging to have a casual conversation. Naomi waited patiently through the distractions (taking blood and vital signs) to take my information and find the seats that I wanted. Mahalo Naomi.
