I bought 8 tks for an NFL Football game in KC and the tickets were a resale through ticketmaster and once vividseats had my money, I was required to go through ticketmaster to access my tickets in my ticketmaster app. I did receive the tickets with working bar codes BUT, due to them being sold through ticketmaster from the original owner to vividseats, it does not allow me to download them into my apple wallet. Once I get to the game, if the service is terrible due to the crowd, I may not be able to access and use my tickets that I spent over $2,100 for and will not find out until game day. I was told by ticketmaster that I would not be able to download them into the apple wallet due to it being a 2nd part sale and they said they couldn't do anything about it because I bought through vividseats. Vividseats told me they couldn't do anything because they were originally ticketmaster seats and vividseats just handles 2nd party sales and they could not do anything but also admitted that they do not disclose this situation of not being able to download their tickets into the apple wallet due to where the tickets originated. The vividseat customer service person was aware of this and admitted that this is not disclosed on their website and they do not offer a refund because it's ticketmaster tickets even though it is vividseats who took my $2,100 plus. Ticketmaster said they could not refund since I bought through vividseats, what a joke. I'm left with 8 tickets that I paid over $2,100 showing up on game day hoping I can access my tickets with such a large crowd jamming up the service on my app due to our venue being paperless. Wish me luck!

Perhaps the most frustrating online experience I've ever had:
1. Baseball game tickets not delivered on time -- missed first three innings trying to find tickets.
2. Vivid Seats makes you go thorugh a separate Ticketmaster account, but failed to deliver the tickets to my Ticketmaster account until 8th inning.
3. Made aproximately 10 attempts to work over phone or by chat -- extensive wait times -- to find tickets while game was going on -- all completely frustrating, incompetent and futile.
4. Now I am attempting to make good on Vivid's prominently featured 100% money-back guarantee for tickets not delivered on time, of course, using the oldest "bad faith" trick in the consumer playbook, Vivid Seats' website provides no information on claims, contacts, or FAQs about how to make such a refund claim, and it doesn't fit into any FAQs or other pre-programmed interfaces. So good luck finding how to make good on that money-back guarantee!
5. While working through Mariners ticket office to find replacements, four guys were at the mariners ticket counter next to me with the exact same non-delivery issue -- with Vivid Seats!
USE ANOTHER VENDOR--VIVID DOES NOT MAKE GOOD ON ITS AGREEMENT WITH YOU.

Bare with me as i explain what has turned out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made.
August 25,2022 I ordered Hamilton tickets for a total of cost of 341.16 from Vivid seats. On September 2,2022 i recived notification from vividseats directing me to check my email for a transfer notification from Ticketmaster, AXS, or a specific team/ venue telling me that tickets have been transferred to me.

Joy shortly lived. I check my email, junk mail, all folder search and search. From my phone and from my computer no transfer. Okay, I must be overlooking something. Let me contact Vivid seats at *******143. 0n September 4th I spoke with Vivid seats. I was instructed to set up an account on Ticketmaster and download the app using the same email address I ordered the tickets my transferred tickets should be available. At which point I was more disappointed when Ticketmaster had no pending events available under my email address. I informed Vivid seats long story short its 9/29/2022 and i never received my tickets. Awful i have spent all day each available hour I have attempting to work with research troubleshooting and everything under the sun to receive the tickets and I absolutely never received them. Save you self the frustration. Don't be like me taken for 341.16. I'm not even including hotel cost and travel arrangements. Save yourself stress, time and money purchase direct. I never received my tickets. A form of self-care is escaping the norm of everyday life. For an attempt of self-care to be taken advantage of by a scammer unprofessional 3rd party vender advertising as they are like Ticketmaster is has been an awful experience

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They canceled our order two different times even though we filled out the credit card information they requested and sent scans of our credit card and a passport. The rep told us we can NEVER purchase anything from them EVER. Which was a decision someone made there. "WHY" we asked and we were told for security reasons he couldn't tell us. They did nothing to try and help us and treated us like we are criminals. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I spoke with a women the first time and she blew me off so fast and never gave a second to help. The last rep I spoke with decided that we are not worthy customers nor do they want us as one. This is an unbelievably rude company with NO service to potential customers. We have perfect credit and order many many things online all the time with absolutely none of this treatment what so ever. We have never been treated like this ever.

Then I try and start a chat with this horrible company online hoping I can reach a reasonably sane representative. NOPE nothing there either. Completely ignored. What a sorry place you all work for. Unreasonable and completely appalling. Don't use this company, it will wreck your day and you will end up with nothing but frustrations and needing to write a bad review like I am now. All total garbage this company. I can't say enough how horrible this place is. IT NEEDS TO BE A ZERO STAR RATING! ZERO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY! What is up with this weird company? Too bad for me that I didn't read all the other horrible reviews that have been written first. Lesson learned. Hope others think to read mine and move to another outlet.

We received and email only two weeks ago stating that our tickets were canceled due to the reseller violating vivid seats reselling policy for selling tickets over an amount allowed for reselling. Worried we called and after being put on hold for a couple of times for long periods, the first rep told us we were okay not to worry they will reach out to the reseller and resolve the situation and we'd still be able
To attend our concert with our seats. We were 100% garanteed (her words) and told they'd email us. However they did not so we called again the second rep told us that vivid seats has tried to reach out to the reseller and they have not been able to reach her. They said they'd email us with status updates which we never received. Worried with the concert date approaching we called again, and we're told they are still trying to reach reseller. They'd email us. Then three days before concert they emailed us an URGENT IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED…It stated we needed to call vivid seats. When we called they told us there is nothing they can do for us but find us other seats or refund our money. We said other seats but then we were told the only seats available were in the highest point of the venue when the tickets we purchased were orchestra seats. We are truly disappointed with the way we were strung along. If they would have been honest with us on the first call we would have been still been able to purchase other tickets and get the refund for the first tickets purchased but we kept being told that this will be resolved. We trusted what vivid seats were telling us. This concert was important to me, a special occasions. I will NEVER use vivid seats again and I will encourage my family, friends, colleagues and anyone else looking to purchase tickets for events to NEVER USE VIVID SEATS!

I feel very dissatisfied and dissapointed when I mafe a purchase over the phone. The Representative assured me the tickets I was buying were for section 39FD Row 3 infield section, instead he sold me tickets for Section 39RS -Row 3 inbthe upper section.
Which was not the section I had requested. I specifically asked for Section 39 FD -Row 3.
Now im out of $150 which they dont want to refund my purchase and to top it off the Representative that took my call today was very RUDE abd not unders tra mbding to my concern.so I was forced to buy 2 more tickets for the SECTION I actually did want.

I never go to these events and When I do I save my hard earning money to do it. I feel that the sales CVrep was disshonest and I was not told the truth.
