I shopped around for over an hour between 5 or 6 ticket seller websites and diligently compared seats/prices before settling on the ones I purchased - row 2, centered, behind the Packer's sideline. I checked my app and inbox daily to see if the digital tickets I purchased had been sent to me yet. The expected arrival date was October 1, and the game was October 2.
On October 1, I had not yet received my tickets, so I reached out to customer service to inquire. They told me to wait until the following day, and if I still hadn't received them, to contact customer service again - the DAY of the event.
I drove 5+ hours to Green Bay on October 1, rented a hotel room, and anxiously refreshed my app and email inbox hoping to see the tickets. They never came. October 2, game day, I repeatedly tried calling customer service and was disconnected after holding for about 10 minutes each time. Finally I used the chat function, again. I was informed that the tickets I had purchased had been sold to somebody else for more money. I was then, HOURS before the game, offered different, objectively worse tickets, with a discounted price. Without any other choice, having driven 5 hours, stayed in a hotel, and paid for a dog sitter at home so I could see this game with my husband and friends, I felt like accepting the lesser tickets was probably the only way I was going to see the game, so I took them - albeit begrudgingly.
The fact that I had to reach out to customer service multiple times just to get tickets - not even the ones I selected and paid for - is unacceptable. The fact that I paid for a specific product and didn't receive it is unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend Vivid Seats to anybody who wants to feel secure in their purchase. I'm not sure how this is even legal. It was such a stressful and labor intensive process, I will HAPPILY pay more to a legitimate vendor to avoid this nauseating headache in the future. Buyer BEWARE!
Calling back the number and following the prompts for help with an already placed order did not get me anywhere. I had to use the chat button, but I prefer talking to a person over the phone. The issue was resolved via the chat. Now, I am hoping the electronic tickets work without any problems on the night of our event. Richard who helped me buy the tickets over the phone did an excellent job.

Bought VIP tickets through Vividseats. Received tickets from Ticketmaster not VIP. Ticketmaster couldn't refund me since I didn't buy the tickets through them and tried to but the manager couldn't. Contacted Vividseats for 2 months to get a refund since I paid $800 for two VIP tickets when they were $240 for two general admission tickets. Wouldn't refund because the concert wasn't cancelled even though on their website it states they "guarantee the same or better or get your money back". Nope. They don't do that. Don't buy from them. Awful customer service and they will not help you. I tried to get a refund for 2 months before my son'a first concert for his sweet 16. Thanks for ruining this special moment for him. Stay away from Vividseats.

I had purchased tickets on here. Everytime I clicked on the link to accept the tickets I would getting this screen that said forbidden. I called customer service explaining the issue asking for a refund or site credit because the tickets were for that day and I wasn't able to use it. I spoke to uncountable people and they all told me that I can't get refund or credit because they have proof that I received the email to accept the tickets. I explained to them that was never the issue. The issue was that I could not accept the tickets. They continued to refuse so I ended up losing out on money for tickets that I purchased but was unable to access. They have the worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Horrible business. Will never, ever do business with you again nor will my friends and family. I called less than 10 minutes after purchasing tickets because I am unable to go to the game due to personal reasons. You did nothing to help me. I am stuck with these tickets. You offered to resell the tickets, but there is no guarantee they will get sold, and always a chance I will take a loss. There should be a 24 hour cancellation policy with no penalty. Airlines do have such a policy. Worse was that there was no compassion, no trying to help. It's business, there is always ways of trying. You only care about the sellers and not the buyers. Shame on you. $#*! you!
They've had my money for months, changed the delivery date to the day of the event that's hours away so I just have to hope I actually get them instead if having to turn around and come back. Don't even try them. The customer service is terrible, they offer nothing, one rep suggested I put them up for sale on ANOTHER website (not risking that without actual tickets and putting someone else through the stress I'm dealing with). Trust the terrible reviews. It's a scam.

Very poor experience. The tickets Vivid seats delivered said the concert started at 8pm. I arrived at 7:45 and the artist I paid to see had already played so I totally missed them. VS customer service response was cold and canned, basically telling me I accepted their terms and conditions and I should've looked at the venue website. It's a sad situation made worse by bad customer care. I will not purchase from them again.
