We spent over $2,000 for concert tickets on Vividseats.com and an additional $96 for a parking pass represented to be "$#*!ies Arena" parking where the concert was taking place. When we downloaded the parking pass from our Vividseats.com confirmation email, it was not for $#*!ies Arena. It was a picture of a public parking lot a half mile away. There was no bar code to scan. Just a picture and address. We had to pay for different Parking at the Arena. We then called Vividseats.com Customer Service to notify them of the fraud, and we were placed on hold multiple times totaling over 30 minutes only to be told Vividseats.com would not refund our $96 for the fraudulent parking pass.
Got to a representative quickly. Bernadette was helpful and professional; thoroughly answered questions.

7/26/22 bought ticket for 9/25/22 event.
8/5 was emailed a "confirmation" that the ticket would be sent on or about 9/23.
9/23 no email arrived with a link
9/24 9:30AM still, no email was received. I contacted customer service, via telephone.
CS rep walked me through trouble shooting to locate the ticket. Ticket was not located. Rep said they would notify the seller to "resend" the link to the ticket.
9/24 8:30 PM still no email. I called customer service again. The rep said the link to the ticket would be emailed "shortly".
9/25 8:30 on the morning of the event which had a start time of 1:00pm, still no email was received.
9/26 9:30am I called Vivid Customer service again. The CS representative put me on hold, and came back to the phone to tell me the link was emailed at 1:00pm on the day of the event. (Which was the start time) I did not receive any link to this ticket, but did receive a notice from the venue that the ticket I purchased was no longer valid. Rep said investigation will occur and be answered in 3-5 days.
9/30: Called Vivid seats at their emailed request. CS representative said no refund would be issued and they had proof of the emailed ticket being sent. I asked him to provide me with that proof. The representative refused. HUH? "We have proof but won't let you see it?"

Bare with me as i explain what has turned out to be one of the worst decisions I have ever made.
August 25,2022 I ordered Hamilton tickets for a total of cost of 341.16 from Vivid seats. On September 2,2022 i recived notification from vividseats directing me to check my email for a transfer notification from Ticketmaster, AXS, or a specific team/ venue telling me that tickets have been transferred to me.

Joy shortly lived. I check my email, junk mail, all folder search and search. From my phone and from my computer no transfer. Okay, I must be overlooking something. Let me contact Vivid seats at *******143. 0n September 4th I spoke with Vivid seats. I was instructed to set up an account on Ticketmaster and download the app using the same email address I ordered the tickets my transferred tickets should be available. At which point I was more disappointed when Ticketmaster had no pending events available under my email address. I informed Vivid seats long story short its 9/29/2022 and i never received my tickets. Awful i have spent all day each available hour I have attempting to work with research troubleshooting and everything under the sun to receive the tickets and I absolutely never received them. Save you self the frustration. Don't be like me taken for 341.16. I'm not even including hotel cost and travel arrangements. Save yourself stress, time and money purchase direct. I never received my tickets. A form of self-care is escaping the norm of everyday life. For an attempt of self-care to be taken advantage of by a scammer unprofessional 3rd party vender advertising as they are like Ticketmaster is has been an awful experience
Mr Fernando helped me get 14 game tickets all together, for the Ar and Mo football game on the 25 of Nov.
Never received tickets through email and had to buy new tickets at the gate. I contested the charge through my credit card company and vivid seats fought it saying I agreed to terms and conditions. I guess that means I agreed to being ripped off. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their fees and taxes are no where ro be found on the checkout page, only your tickets, price of tickets, and total price. I saw the total price and figured it was taxes, then after I purchased(this is definitely my bad) I did a double check on the price and it turns out their fees for 4 tickets was $70USD! This is ludicrous, and after speaking with an online agent and an agent on the phone I was simply told, our total price is there, our fans are happy, I cannot refund or cancel your tickets.
Thank you for nothing vivid seats, I will never again book tickets with you.

I won't get into details about how bad the communication was or the untimely matter which I received my tickets but to summarize, it was the most stressful and frustrating time I've ever experienced getting tickets anywhere.
