After purchasing my ticket to three months in advance, I never received the tickets when I was supposed to, and then waited on hold and dealt with customer service for over two hours right up until the event time that our tickets were not going to arrive in time which disappointed several excited children that they were not going to see Aladdin on Broadway because Vivi did not fulfill their agreement with her 100% guarantee. Do not use. They are scam. Absolutely find any other way to purchase tickets for your event in the future.

I've had issues before with third party ticket resellers not giving refunds on cancelled events! (still think that it's legalized ticket scalping) I had questions I needed answers for, BEFORE I was going to purchase online. "Chat not available at this time"... lovely, so I call! Yes they have a phone number great but, it's still foreigner customer service people! They talk too much and don't listen nearly enough! In the end I DID manage to get tickets purchased and the rep even saved me about $12! I'LL TAKE IT! It would be nice though if they were regular people who didn't feel the need to talk so much... just listen and help the customer in a quick and efficient manner! (we don't like having to talk on the phone to begin with)

Very disappointed! Paid $264 dollars for Billy Strings tickets in Kalamazoo on November 3rd. Drove to the venue over an hour away, waited in line for 15-20 minutes just to be told at the gate that my tickets had already been redeemed and my husband and I were turned away at the gate. Now my money is just in limbo and trying to get a refund is an absolute nightmare, I called vivid seats in the parking lot of the venue after I was denied entry and was told well we have to send it to another team and they will email you a form to fill out. This show was Thursday and its now Tues and still no form. I got online with live chat and they said oh well we are still working on the issue watch your email. Its 2022 people dont have time to be waiting on a refund for services that they paid for for and didnt recieve. This service is total BS and I will never use it again If they dont get my refund quickly I will be taking legal action against them.
