I bought a lift kit online, didn't fit. Called vivid racing, no answer left message, said they would call back with in an hour. Didnt happen. Email them day later got email back wanting picture, so I sent them. Another day got an email send it back, but no RMA number, which they said I had to have or they wouldn't accept it back. Will not shop here again.
I had ordered a BMC air filter from Vivid Racing fir a GLK 250 Mercedes. I needed a new air filter and wanted a more performance replacement to the OEM paper filters. I was asked to enter my vehicle model, type and engine, which I did and was presented with BMC 13-15 Mercedes GLK (X204) GLK 250 Replacement Cylindrical Air Filter. Pic attached. I received the part on time as promised! However when I went to change the filter I quickly realized there was no way the new filter would fit! Not even close! I immediately put the filter back in the box it was shipped in and emailed vivid racing. No word from them fir a few days and then Tammy Maas from CS emails me to ask fir pics of the non fitment. I immediately sent them to her and then silence for the last 8 days. I called and agent told me they are waiting on info from manufacturer. This is BS! If you sell the parts the you take accountability specifically when you advertise the parts on your branded website! The part was not cheap 130.00 usd Including shipping and customs. I just want an RMA number and get my funds back now and I can't believe this takes 2weeks! I ship products all over us from Canada and never do I make my clients wait in an RMA if they want to return a part that was incorrectly ordered and doesn't fit! I am very disappointed and frustrated with Vivid racing and after reviews on BBB it seems they are very good at defecting and being non responsive to clients when the money needs to be returned. They can take it faster than you can type but returning a never installed part that was falsely advertised is something that gets put on the back burner! Still waiting going on 3rd week now!
This company is a joke. Tried calling on my order for weeks. Got the same computer generated email saying was in the warehouse will shot soon. Finally got on the phone with someone to find out the order has been sold out. They took my money on a sold out order. One of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. Place is a joke
I ordered an exhaust on vivid racing. Later on I changed my mind and wanted to return it. I was emailing them, calling them to talk when I will get my refund. They never answered me. Later on I called Affirm center ( because I bought for paying off) and I told them that vivid racing ignoring me. Affirm center opened a dispute on vivid racing. Later on after the dispute was opened the RMA department texted me and told me that I will get my refund in about 72 hours. The 72 hours time period passed almost one week ago and I still didn't get my refund. No matter how many massages I send them, they never replied. The vivid racing returning process is the most worth thing what I've met.
I would give zero stars if I could. Ordering an exhaust through Vivid has been a absolute nightmare and a waste of my time. I should of gone through the manufacturer, so if that is a option for you as a potential customer I would take it!
Its now been almost 14 weeks since I ordered an exhaust for my Porsche. Initially I was told 6-8 weeks tops. Well now that I wanted a refund after 14 weeks they say no to my request. I reached out to the manufacturer of the exhaust i wanted and talked to a sales representative who was extremely happy to help me. He told me that vivid had a "glitch" in their computer system and my exhaust was just orderd 3 weeks ago!
I tried reaching out to my sales person multiple time, like 15+ times and he would never respond to my emails. If I needed an update to my order I had to call and wait on hold for 15 minutes to get a "im still waiting, ill let you know if I hear anything " response. I asked to talk to a manager multiple times and they would just send me back to the sales person everytime. I don't know whats going on a Vivid but wow, worst customer service ever and a total waste of time!
I had an overall great experience buying and gaining knowledge on a some aftermarket parts through Vivid, I had reached out to ask some questions about some parts and got in contact with Tiffany there. She helped me with all my questions and I was able to order what I needed. Super helpful and ever since I've always referred my friends to Vivid Racing and her! 11/10
Ordered and paid for part July 19/20 was told part in warehouse July 22/20, after not receiving part and getting no responses from numerous emails, left messages, requests to cancel and refund money got Pay Pal involved, they (PP) got my refund of $360.80 in one day August 21/20, BUYER BEWARE this is the first BAD review I have ever filed wish i could give 0 star Frank P
Make sure they have what you are paying for! I made my order and paid 75$ for 2 day shipping. Was nothing on thier site that said it was on back order. It is going on 3 weeks and the have changed my shipping date again.
Will never use vivid racing again because they are garbage absolute trash. I order to set a rear wheels just to have to order a set of fronts only to have them send me a pair of rears and not reimbursed me the full amount when I paid $350 for shipping and they made the mistake of sending me the wrong rims very well knowing that I had already ordered rear rims they're very unhelpful staff fell to realize I had already ordered rear rims and when I placed the order for the fronts neglected to ask if I needed fronts or rears and she knew I had already ordered rears because I had placed the order previously with her shady staff shady service I will never use them again garbage garbage garbage do not recommend heavily do not recommend
One month to receive my order is completely unacceptable and conflicts with their customer service shipping statement, which reads: "If your order contains an item(s) with an unusually long ETA, our online ordering team will contact you to verify the ETA is acceptable."
Why did nobody in the department bother to inform me of such delay? Even after inquiring about this delay they were very slow to respond. As a business owner myself, I have been days without sleep to know that my company is running well... apparently this is not how Vivid Racing operates.
Impossible to get follow through. I paid for an exhaust that including all shipping and fees and then had to pay DHL to release my shipment. Tyler Inglehart promised it would be taken care of and a credit issued to me but it went on for weeks with noting done despite patiently asking for resolution. No replies, no help, no resolution! I will never buy from this company again and recommend nobody does... but I know they will continue to sell despite their crappy service because thats life... but they suck!
I filed a claim with American Express with all documentation and emails showing the situation. They credited me what was owed. Its a shame I had to go through that process to get my money. I hardly ever write reviews but I had to take the time to do this one because they really are horrible!

Sent out several emails about an order I placed 3 months ago but still haven't received a response. I understand COVID-19 is making it hard for shipping but at least reply to your customers email, especially if said customer has already spent over $200 on your site.

Recently bought a car cover for the new Supra. Took too long to get shipped out and once received it didn't fit the car. I emailed them back expressing the problem, no reply back. Pity, had a big list of parts needed for the Supra, I know from where not to buy now.
I had such difficulty finding someone to help. When I finally did, I canceled my order only to find it shipped more than a day after.
I ordered some doors and wheel adapters the doors came no adapters I waited for 3 weeks called several times finally got someone
They said I recurved the order had to explained it like 3 or 4 times was told I would be contacted by the end of the day no call
It's been at least 3 months I have emailed them nothing I have called and called wait on hold for 45 minutes and call drops...
WORST place to ever order anything from I bought a shirt throw shifter for my car and it was defective and when I went to send it back it took 2 months to get my money back and I never seen it hit by bank account. Never buy from this place!
I placed and paid for merchandise on 6/30/2020 by July 15th I still received nothing or any correspondence I called and told them to cancel my order for I had purchased and received from elsewhere. I called back again on the 17th they said my cancellation would be processed and refund processed. I called again on the 22nd and they said the cancellation would be processed. I get an email that night that my item has shipped! I told them i did not want the item i already had purchased and received another. Now they say I have to wait for package to be delivered in order for me to refuse it. It was supposed to come on 7/27/2020 I stayed home all day so that i could tell the driver that i refused it and it never came. I checked the tracking today and it says the item was refused and on the way back to them on 8/4/2020! I do not know what kind of scandalous operation they are running but If i were a consumer I would not deal with them! I truly wish I would have read reviews before using them because it appears that they have messed other people over as well. I would not give them any stars but i had to put 1 just to post this review! LET THE BUYER BEWARE when dealing with this place!
Going on 3rd week with no info on ordered items. No tracking # sent as promised. Their Rep Tanner was told my product would ship end of 2nd week. 3rd week called Tanner and she can't get anyone to answer the phones at two different offices. This is during business hours! What kind of Outhouse are they running? LOL a sh%#ty one obviously!
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
