I ordered a product from this VIVID RACING and had a confirmed purchase from an in-stock sale item. I also called several times to get updates on my order. I was then sent a waiver to be filled out before they would ship my confirmed order. After filling this waiver out, I emailed again to check the status of my order. I was then told that my item was not available and that I could purchase another updated product for much-much more and I would get a 15% discount on the MSRP for my trouble. They even offered me an even more expensive option and told me that this would be my best option. I believe that I have been a part of a Bait and Switch scam from this company. The item is still on their website to order, weeks after my initial order from this company. So, the question I ask is, how is an item not available if you can still order the same item from the website with no out-of-stock notice? My payment has not been refunded, nor my product delivered. Unfortunately, I believe that this is a common practice from this company because the same that happened to me with another item, I tried to purchase with them years ago. I still have chat transcripts from that order as well as the transcripts from this order. The only reason I ordered a product from VIVID RACING this time because I decided to give them another chance of redemption because the last issue with this company was such a long time ago. But I was wrong and this may be a common practice for this company because of the similarity. I tried to reach out to management to no avail. My chats with them online were disconnected and my calls never responded. My account was even deleted several times to prevent me from checking my order status. I even tried to contact the owner via LinkedIn and was told by him that my issue could not be the truth. I would like this to stop happening for me and for potential other customers that will not report these actions.

I made an order over the phone and the process couldn't have been any easier. They honored a military discount and gave me multiple options for completing the purchase. I finished it all off through email; the sales associate put together the order and handled my invoice extremely fast. Response time to each email was less than a couple minutes. Couldn't have found better prices for all the UTV parts I ordered anywhere else.
They've helped me on multiple occasions and every time I've spoken to them, they have been amazingly helpful with inquiries and services!

Vivid racing a great place to get mods for your car they make it simple to find what you need for mods and the customer service is great as well!

He's gone out of his way to help me locate hard-to-source parts, keeps me updated on timelines and always responds to my email inquiries. I've stopped shopping everywhere but Vivid because of his great service. I see several negative reviews, but they seem to stem from supply-chain issues, which are out of Vivid's control. Keep up the good work, guys!

I ordered a carbon fiber PSM Dynamic Trunk Deck Lid V2 BMW M3 F8x 15-19 from Chris Kolodzinski at Vivid Racing. If you look on their website they do not offer a fiberglass option (ONLY CARBON FIBER) and fiberglass was never presented on the phone as an option. Yet, what I arrived at my house was a fiberglass version. I immediately called Chris on the phone and told him the mistake. He said he would contact PSM and get back to me. After a few days of not hearing back I tried to contact Chris via phone and email. No response. I tried Vivid Racing's main line and no one answered so I left a voice message to call me back about it. Weeks later I received an email from them asking me to rate them and provide a review. I emailed back and said I would like a refund and a shipping label to send them back the fiberglass deck lid I didn't order. Zero response. They charged me for something I didn't order, for something that is not even offered on their website, and made no effort to resolve their mistake. Of course I would highly recommend ordering products elsewhere. I have screen shots of my original chat with Chris and his quote on the carbon fiber version. They charged me $480 for a product I didn't order.

Knowledgeable and responsive, super easy experience dealing with Austin to order an aftermarket exhaust.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
