Shame on me for purchasing a product after reading all the horrible reviews from this company. They've stolen my money, I don't have the product I ordered and I can't get ahold of an actual person to speak to from this company about this situation. They keep sending me the same, automated BS email - over and over and over again. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC, attorney generals with their state and my home state, the consumer protection agency and BBB - I opened a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card, too.
I ordered end links for my truck, on the 13th. Received information that order is processing and will be shipped end of week. Clearly they lack in communication by what was sent to me below

This is the 4th day in a row I've tried emailing, live chatting, and calling someone to get and answer on an order that is now almost 2 months old. Every time I call and get to the "next in line" I get pushed back to 9th. Apparently no one here cares to actually give you a answer even when you spend hundreds of dollars with them. After this order I will be sure to steer clear of this company and let others know not to waste their time or money on a company who can't even respond to a simple email. Also I did get a email in the beginning about not having a part they showed to have in stock now it was backordered but still shows available online so I'm sure I'm not the only one getting bad service. I have no problem waiting for my order but when I asked to ship my other parts they wouldn't even do that for me all they did was give me a random $20 refund on my card without even telling me what it was for. All I want is my parts that I paid for guess that's wishful thinking...

Ordered a part on 12/7/21, after not hearing anything about my order (other than it had been recieved by them) by 12/21/21, I reached out via phone and then email when I didn't recieve a return call. On 12/22/21 I called again only to be told my item was discontinued and I would be refunded my payment within 5-7 days. 1/3/22 and still haven't recieved my refund. I gave one star only because it couldn't be left blank. 0 STARS FROM ME!
Placed my order on May 24th. I waited patiently until June 8th. I have never received any shipping info, so I called them to find out why. The girl I spoke to had a hard time finding my order. Then she stated she would have to find tracking information and call me back, or email me an update. I waited 24 hrs. (now June 9th) then called again 9 times, never got thru. Was on hold for up to 20 minutes, to end up getting forced to leave a voicemail. No call back yet. Next call will be a call to credit card company.
Advertised a product as IN STOCK but over 30 days later now, no tracking number and absolutely NO notice from the company about the delay. Customer service was absolutely useless and the "Customer Service Manager" (Tiffany) who has been responding to all the reviews here did absolutely nothing to assist and just said she could cancel my order and has NOT responded to any messages I had sent her.

I purchased a harness bar for my vehicle 10 days ago, no emails no phone calls no communication to me. I called 3 days after and they said that the item was shipping out on the 30th (which was 4 days away) No problem, I called back on the 30th just because I didn't receive any emails about it and I called over 20 times and every time I'd get to "youre next in line" and then I'd just get hung up on. When I finally got ahold of them they told me that this item had been out of stock in the specific color I wanted. I got no email about it, no phone call. I don't care what color I get, now my car has to be out of commission for another week because they didn't want to relay the message of that color is out of stock. Terrible experience

Never reply back to you or give you the same BS run around on the phone. It's been months and I still haven't gotten replies or my refund.
Ordered set of rims & and lug nuts, and the rims were no longer available, leaving no need for the lug nuts.
Vivid refuses to offer a pre-paid return shipping label for the lug nuts, and I am feeling (rightly so), that I should not be responsible, or put at ANY financial loss for their error, and have to pay for return shipping.
Two weeks later, and the rims are still listed on their website, despite the fact they have been made aware of the problem, and that they are no longer available from the distributor. WtF? Which brings also to light the fact that Vivid Racing, are little more than broke A$s middle men singin the blues... Small time playas with a flashy website... They just plain suck, and have no willingness, or business sense to admit their error...
Was first told the tail lights I ordered would be shipped in 3 days, then after calling it changed to 3 weeks, then after calling again it changed again to 3 months I requested a refund and was told I would receive a full refund after 10 days I called again to check on the refund and was told it was never ask for after verifying from their transcript of the live chat where their employee said she put in the refund request I have to still wait another 10 days for my money back. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had.

Second time I've ordered from vivid racing had to contact customer service second time cause of a website glitch they apologized and handled my order very efficiently and even with world wide shipping issues I received everything in 2 weeks or less I will be ordering my roll cage rims and everything else for my project through vivid racing

Ordered a Covercraft car cover from their website. After waiting a month for the drop-shipping notification, I contacted them only to be told that they had no ETA details from the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer directly and learned that they had no order associated with my name or shipping address. Furthermore, I learned that the material used for the cover that I had ordered was no longer available. Additional contacts with Vivid Racing were met with excuses and stalling tactics. A dispute was filed with my credit card company. While Vivid Racing finally agreed to cancel my order and promised that a refund was being processed, I prevailed with the dispute and have my money back. Order placed and credit card charged on May 27,2021; dispute resolution on August 16,2021; 2 1/2 months for nothing!
And, FYI, you can still order the same unavailable cover I did on Vivd Racings' website... further proof that they are running a scam.
ON 08/18/202O I spoke with Austin at Vivid for a VR tuning for my Audi. I paid $600. Same day I shipped the ECU ( Engine Control Unit) to Gilbert, AZ. Following their instruction as per the website. The ECU arrived on 08/19/2020.
I spoke with Austin several times about having this done same week. He promised me that it would be done. About after a week I called again and after waiting for 42 minutes on the phone I was told they were having problems with the ECU. To make the story short, they burned my ECU and after me e-mailing daily and calling, they returned the ECU burned and 15 days late. All lies after lies!
I also ordered a big brake kit, same thing. All lies and never shipped to me.
At this point I am over 3k dollars down, I have retained the law firm of Efrain Morales In texas to file a lawsuit in Texas and Arizona. If any of you would like to join. Let me know. My cell is *******799
Eric did a great job handling my issues. Had some minor hiccups with check out and got replied to back in a timely fashion, very professional and helped all of my needs.
As of right now I have yet to receive my order. Order placed on 1/2/22, received update on 1/4/22 that item was shipped from vendor and would arrive 1/11/22. Never received any tracking information so I went to their website and requested a "status update" on 1/10/22. On 1/12/22 I receive an email asking if I was satisfied with my purchase, which i had not received yet, and they invited me to take a survey. Ive sent multiple requests for updates and sent emails. I never heard any response from them. I called them on 1/18/22. Stated the fact as mentioned here. The lady responded in a surprised tone stating "it looks like it arrived the day before yesterday" (1/16/22), "Dont worry sir, we will get that out to you as soon as possible". I then reminded her that i requested, and paid for, express overnight shipping. " yes sir, i do see that here. We will get the out to you in the next day or so and you will get a tracking update sent to your email..."
So somewhere someone does not understand "OVERNIGHT SHIPPING"

Ordered an antenna mount for a 2004 4runner. Waited 3 and half weeks and still had not received the part. I called them and they said they hadn't shipped it yet but would get it out immediately. I waited another week and a half and called back abd they STILL hadn't shipped it. I explained that this had been 5 weeks already and of course the customer service representative couldn't care less. He seemed to have no idea where he was. I asked for a refund and he said sure, it'll be 2 or 3 days before it hits the account. I waited over a week before seeing an email confirmation for the refund, but still haven't seen anything come through the bank yet. Hope I see the money one day, wouldn't recommend this site to ANYONE. STAY AWAY.
I placed three orders on Vivid Racing's website and they were unable to fulfill any of them. Poor customer service. I would not waste my time doing business with them.

Only 1/3 the parts I ordered arrived. Some were on back-order for weeks and some were discontinued. The only reason I know this is because I reached out and spent over an hour emailing and calling VR after only part my order showed up. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting on a refund for the discontinued parts. I'm about to file a fraud claim with my credit card company because that is starting to seem easier than continuing to deal with this shady company. I would highly suggest avoiding this company because:
-They say they have parts in stock and charge your credit card for parts that are on back order or even discontinued.
-They don't tell you what parts are shipped or when to expect them. You could be waiting weeks or months and have no idea.
-Customer service is abysmal. They hang up on you when you call, the don't return most emails if they even give you a working email, which 3 out 4 email addresses I was given returned a message saying the address doesn't accept emails.
-Once they have your money they don't seem to care at all about following through on their end.
Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
