They claim they will get your entire document fast, no! This is a $80 service to fill out paperwork that's IT then they have hidden fees of $25 notary and $25 state fees u don't even know until u pay. I was told I would be emailed immediate my pkg info it was 24 hrs later. Now I have to mail it in to the state still and their is no guarantee when this will arrive. This website is a scam just go to your county clerk and save $100 and the hassle! During a time of Covid this is not the time to be wasting hard earned money.

This is a scam they do not even send you a birth certificate. They email you a useless application document. That is what your $50 gets you. Oh and if you ask for a refund even though they claim to have a customer
Satisfaction policy, they will block your email. Save yourself the trouble and use vitalchek. They will actually send you a birth certificate. If you give me my money back I'll gladly change my review. My next message will be to the BBB.

Do not get your vital records from this company! I bought a premium birth certificate for $117 literally 100 days ago when I was supposed to get it within 35-45 days ago...AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. I am pissed off because nobody answered my follow up emails as well! Then they claim that they didn't have my phone number on file! Then they said a 3rd party service charged my credit card purchase, not Vital records! Where tf is my birth certificate? This is a SCAM!

First off I had no idea that this was a third party company! I went onto my local state vital records website to order my daughters birth certificate on Nov 6th 2020! It is now Jan 28th 2021 so you might as well say i've been waiting 3 months and it still haven't come! I contact my state office who told me that they did not recongnize the confirmation code that was sent to me, thats when I pulled the confirmation back up and realized that it was a third party who charged almost double of what Vital records would have. My daughter is enlisting in the army to serve this country and needs her birth certificate to do so and I will stop at nothing until someone in this company gives me answers! I have called the number listed on the website over 20 times and it keeps hanging up every time. I have also sent multiple messages to them and are currently waiting on them to call. Someone better to give me some answeres and very soon!

I ordered a marriage certificate online one month ago. I uploaded a copy of my drivers license as proof of my identity, and gave my credit card info. I received an email confirmation that I would be receiving the certificate soon. Two weeks late I checked with them, and they said I needed to send proof of identity, like a scanned copy of my drivers license. I scanned it again, and uploaded it again. And, again, received confirmation that this document had been received. Two more weeks have passed, and no certificate. If you can avoid using this company, don't use them.

So my daughter used this service to try to get her birth certificate. It hasn't arrived yet so I called to see when it would arrive. I was told 4-8 weeks from the time vital statistics cashed her check. I stated it was a money order. So the answer is 4-8 weeks from some undetermined date in the past. When I asked what she had spent $70 on, I was told a shipping label and customer service. I asked if this was the customer service and was told yes. What a total ripoff.

I don't know what you all did. I immediately got my birth certificate. I got scared when I read these reviews then I got it right after being scared. Know what I'm sayin. Go through the states vital records. Not a third party. Know what I'm sayin?

Requested refund on May 25. Was told 3-5 business days. A week later and still no refund. Ended up ordering from the state website. Much more cheaper and efficient.

Pay attention, this site is only a 3rd party website. They are NOT VitalChek. I paid $69 for this awful company to send us a single form (for a birth certificate) to mail in to VitalChek. SIXTY-NINE DOLLARS for a form I could fill out online for $29! Biggest rip-off, and I probably can't get that money back. I thought I was on the right website because the names are similar enough.

It has been 3 1/2yrs now (yes that's right, you heard right), 31/2 years, with trying to receiving my rightful given Birth Certificate as this not only "Unprofessional" but this has also affected my "Livelihood". My Diver's Licence was suspended so therefore I walking around in Geogora without any ID. And oh but wait there's more. I have also been submitting money orders (payments), in order taking receiving this very important Document. The Customer Service... IS JUST AS BAD.

Don't use this company! I requested my sons birth certificate with them trusting that they were legit. I did not receive what I was hoping for so I call them and ask what happened. I paid $58 for what I thought was my sons docs, and they tell me no we just send you the application and You need to print it fill it out, get it notarized and pay the state fee for the actual document. What!? I asked why do they do it this way because Iv gotten one before without these issues. They said they are a 3rd party company and they Guarantee with their "packet" your application won't be denied. Why would you be denied a birth certificate when your born in this country? They couldn't answer that question. I was basically scammed and they refused a refund. Stay away from the company!

The Vital Records Now is a scam, they will state you didn't send appropriate form of ID and even though I sent my 6xs and various different ways they charged my account the $11 and never approved my ID to get the birth certificate I needed, you have to go through their automated phone and email service and no one can ever help you stating you agreed to their terms. THEY ARE A SCAM! I don't understand why they are in business, don't use them.

0 stars. My delivery time was 2-3 weeks. It's been 6 weeks. CSR has new reason every time I call including delays on their end.

I was looking for a certified copy of my birth certificate for I9 employment verification (vitalrecordsonline.com). I thought I was looking at a state gov. Site, everything was simple and 5 minutes later I was paying $59.00 5 business days or so I should have my state certified birth cert. A couple hours later my prospective employer gave me the true state government site. 5 minutes later and $15,00 for the certified birth certificate another $5.00 and I can pick it up at the office THE NEXT DAY
Or forget the 5 bucks extra and they will mail it in the same 5 business days. So $20.00 pick up the next day! I sent a request to cancel my order, Vital records_- online.com acknowledged my communication but didn't reply to my request to cancel. My fault I was rattled looking for this quick fix, I found it and it cost me. I bought the other 1 from the state gov site to satisfy the time constraints of my new employer, but spent 59 dollars I didn't have to waste.

Possibly the worst company. I ordered birth certificates for my children 7 weeks ago (order numbers VRO******* and VRO*******) They charge you 44USD for the service + 20USD for some useless notarization form. You have no idea if the birth certificates will arrive as there is no tracking. I called Vital Records numerous times and they told me to keep waiting, but do not provide additional information. I ended up again to get the birth certificated via a company called VitalChek (https://www.vitalchek.com/v/order-status-signon), which is recommended on the NY Department of State webpage. They also charged 44USD, but no made-up notarial fees. Also VitalChek use UPS, they give you a tracking number and I received my birth certificates in two business days!

I am asking my credit card company to dispute Vital Records charges as the company provided zero service. I have filed a complaint with the U.S. Government's consumer protection division: https://www.usa.gov/consumer-complaints. In addition, contact me privately( *******@yahoo.com) if you have a similar experience and are interested in taking legal action against Vital Records. My cousin is a lawyer and has agreed to represent us pro-bono if there is a critical mass of wronged customers.
