It's funny, as you supply them your info, in the middle they ask you too review them, you think ok they seem ok, let me give a good review... Bad move!
This company does nothing but take your money, you think you're getting A birth certificate, but you're not. They send you a filled out application for a birth certificate, then you need to deal with the local gov.
This is a rip off!
They should be jailed..

I paid their fee for a certified birth certificate it's been over a month and half and I haven't heard anything, not even a confirmation of receipt of my money nor a order number I could use for reference nor tracking.

I used this service because I thought it would make the process of receiving a copy of my birth certificate safer and quicker than dealing directly with the health department in my state. How wrong! After waiting 3 months and paying usvitalrecords AND the state health department I went on the search for the missing birth certificate. All this service does is give you the phone number to call at the state health department... they do not offer any help at retrieving the certificate. This is exactly what I would be doing if I ordered it directly from the health department to begin with. Moral of the story, don't waste your money with this company, you can do it yourself my calling your specific state health department. $55.00 poorer but wiser!

I tried to get a birth certificate for my 87 year old aunt so that she could renew her driver's license. They took my money then sent me an email stating that they could not process my paperwork because the name on the birth certificate did not match the name on the DL. REALLY!? I explained that my aunt got married "58" years ago and changed her last name. All the other information was accurate, parents name, SS number, etc. They just kept sending me the same emails over and over. When I demanded a refund they sent me an email telling me that the information that I downloaded was sent through an email that they no longer use. If this is true then how did they know that the names on the DL didn't match the birth certificate? TOTAL SCAM! I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau ASAP! I hope people see this review and not waste their hard earned money!

I wrote the company twice regarding my account. No response. I accidentally used my card. 2 min later I emailed the company to report a mistake. No response. I emailed again the following day, still no answer!

I paid to $55.50 get certified copy of my divorce decree. Received it and the DOB is wrong. Called customer service and was on hold for 37 minutes only to have the representative tell me I would need to call Idaho Vital Records department. Now having to pay $66.00 to them to correct the DOB on the certified copy I already paid for.

This company is a joke in November I paid $118 for two birth certificates through this "simple in minutes" scam of the company. I didn't receive ANYTHING until I contacted them for a refund 2 days ago (4 months had passed) they sent an email informing me that I needed to complete 3 more steps including paying more money! And the original email from months must be in my spam folder (which would be my fault). I responded explaining that I'm not paying anymore money to receive nothing once again I shouldn't have to do more including faxing and mailing copies of my documents and that I would simply like a refund since it has been months! They responded this morning with a very generic - no refunds at all for any reason. Waste of time and money!

I used this company, thinking I was getting two copies of my mother's death certificate, they charged $58.00+
What I got was a packet with a form to apply for a death certificate to my state with a fee of an additional $16.00, for one copy.
I made a mistake thinking this company was working through my state, wrong, they are making money off people and then referring them to their own state office. I can go right to my state and they only charge $16.00 for a death certificate. What did this company do with my $58.00?
Stay away from this company, they'll just take your money.

This was an automated ad when I was going to state government. This site is not affiliated with state government directly. All this service will do is take your money and takes 3 weeks before they send request to state government, with outrageous fee.
It is over 1 months and I still not received any certificate, despite of paying expedited fee. And when I call the customer service, I just found out they do only apply to state government for records. You can do it directly to any state government and much quicker.
My daughter pointed out this is not government site, and I had applied directly to state government, and already received certificate, while I had not been waiting for this company to do any action.
Watch out for this service. It was useless for me since I did not receive the certificate in time.

I will let you know if I ever actually get the birth certificate. Ordered on February 13th 2021 and it's now March 29th 2021 and still no updates. Spent $124 dollars yes I am an idiot apparently. Hall of records in Santa Ana, California was closed and the building is literally demolished to be rebuilt. I was under the impression that I was using the legit birth certificate place but apparently it's vital check website that is the legit place not this one. Don't be fooled. Let me also add the website just keeps extending the day I am supposed to receive it. New update pushed my date out over a month longer.

Update- I received my birth certificate finally! I seriously thought i would never get it. So now we know they really send the birth certificate and it takes a few months to get the certificate

I ordered my BC. On April 11,2021 I got the confrontation that NC (the state I'm ordering from) got it. It is currently July 9th and I still do not have it. It still has not come in the mail. I'm so upset I had to spend that much money for nothing.

We order from then last month. They never emailed our confirmation number or send the birth certificate. And we have no way to contact them with out the order number they never emailed us.

But they went ahead and took money from my bank account.

Due to Covid 19, I was unable to just go to the clerk's office and pick up the birth certificate my daughter needed to get her drivers permit. I went online and ordered one from vital records. I looked up their "Covid 19 response time". It said 10 to 15 business days. 1 month later, after checking the order status daily and noticing that it seemed to be stuck at the "processing payment" portion, I decided to email them to make sure there wasn't a problem with payment. A couple of weeks later, I received an email stating that due to Covid 19, they could not look into my issue, and just like that, the status of my problem was considered "solved". I again checked the status of my order. They had cancelled it... just cancelled it. No one emailed me to even let me know. Thankfully, the clerk's office is now open, and I can just go there to get it. It will be around $50 cheaper to boot. I would not recommend Vital Records to anyone.
